I am in the business dealing with the public face to face day in day out and i know how difficult customer could be. You need passion, experience, patients, understanding snd up most importantly able to go above and beyond tour expectations.
I have just had a bad news that my father had lost his mother-my grandmother and my father stuck in Turkey devastated and is falling to bits and i need to be with him during his time of need. I had booked my vauxhall astra in for service and spoken to a gentleman
Mr. sammar in the service booking department. He took care of me from the start to finsh with compassion and understanding and shown how dedicated he was in trying to help me with my vehicle which i ended up buying s new car thats how good he was in his job and introduced me to Peet in sales whom went above and beyond his duty to help me with the paper work Oh! And the manager Nick great compasion and understanding i can see that he really know the values of his staff and he has trained them well. Well done Nick and my sinceer appreciations to the Three gentleman that i had mentioned and the whole of the Bristall vauxhall motors on cingford brance.

I went to Bristol street motors in Chingford to buy my first car. I was greeted by Mohuddin Bashir, who sat us down to discuss our options, he was extremely welcoming and made us feel comfortable. After booking a test drive me and my partner went away to think about what we wanted to do. We came back for our test drive a few days later. When we arrived Mohuddin came straight up to us to welcome us back, he referred us on to Jade Humber to carry out our test drive as he was extremely busy that day. Jade was fantastic at helping us to feel comfortable on the test drive, ensuring that both me and my partner got a chance to drive. after our test drive Jade helped us to find the specific deal that would suit us, this included both her and Mohuddin staying later at work to make sure we were fully comfortable with our decision. Me and my partner were extremely happy with the service we received and how they all worked together to support their customers. Both of the business managers Andy and Mehmet also came out to ensure that we got the best deal, and took their time to explain all the details to us. Dealt with Jack in the sales team when I purchased a new car last week, this was my first time buying a car from a main dealer and to be honest I didn't know what to expect. He was friendly and approachable, his customer service was spot on. Jack knew his stuff and clearly answered any queries and questions I had. Booked a recall on my zafira gave the car in at 8:30 and got a phone at about 13:30 saying to come and collect the car tmmrw when the work should be completed before 17:00 as stated. Plus they did not give me the free wash n vac and told me they didn't have the time so they gave me the next day to wash my car. So I turned up the next day and the free wash n vac was poor. All they done was wash the outside with no passion. No tyre shine, not vacuumed properly, didn't vacuum the last two seats and my car still had dirt and dead bugs on the windscrren.

I bought my original car from Shah at Bristol Street Motors and was very happy with his service - helped me chose the right car for me and the whole process was easy and I got a great deal. I bought the Mokka X - unfortunately, I wanted to part exchange and change to a Grandland X 5 months later but that has no reflection on BSM - I just needed a bigger car.
I was dealt with by Petrois - he s a lovely gent who helped me to get the best deal and I left a happy lady with my brand new Grandland X ready, taxed and insured on the road! Thank you so much. I always get offered hot chocolate and tea in BSM, the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The sales team are so attentive and make you feel totally at ease, explaining everything in detail so you aren t confused.
The showroom is immaculate and you can really get a good test drive in here and open the car up and have a good look inside.

RIP of don't use them want to charge a bag of money and you cant trust them. My car had a recall and was supposed to receive a full visual health check got paper back to say everything was good. They didn't even press the horn to check it More

Van Service - Bristol Street Chingford. We have recently purchased a number of Vauxhall Combo vans from this branch, one of which recently needed a first service. Great all round service and customer care, from booking in the vehicle, to arranging a courtesy van, to the after service and follow up by the service manager. Would recommend both their sales and service departments. Reasonably priced too.

I bought corsa (reg 13) in Dec 2014& after 2/3 weeks Jan 15 the car showed me warning sign on dashboard & smoke was coming out. I took car back to garage & ask them to check.

The point I want to raise here, how it s possible I had an accident & there was no single scratch on the car body & even accidental insurance wouldn t accept this damage cause by accident.

Basically Bristol street motor (Sales Person Ali M) sold me damage 2nd hand car which was not good condition & he lied everything OKAY & on the top service department/Technician lied as well telling me I had accident & never had any accident. All these people are lair and cheater.

Basically they stole my money by laying to me, Otherwise these all parts cover under manufacturing warranty at that time (Because the car was under 3 year manufacturing warranty 2014)

Not good. Went the 1st time to look at buying a new car and left my email, they said they would contact me. 4 days later, i went back and had a test drive. I wanted to buy a car and was told they were busy because people from Vauxhall were in and having a meeting. Was told to leave my email and they would get back to me with a quote. 10 days on and I am still waiting, very poor!!!!!!!

Never going back again. Trying to sell a car that I had not seen. Lied to by staff. Very very bad customer service

I had an accident on my previous Vauxhall Adam BUT Jade - what a LEGEND !!! Excellent 10/10 customer service, great product knowledge. She made sure I got the exact car I wanted without making it a hassle, she provided an amazing deal on this car and updated me everyday on the progress.
