Purchased a car from these guys last week, the sales advisor Mehmet was friendly, accommodating and most importantly patient. I didn't feel pressured into buying the vehicle and once I decided I wanted it, he was very helpful in assisting to get all the relevant paperwork sorted, would definitely recommend!

I passed my test last week and was referred here by a family member to buy a car. I was served by Rahman who is efficient, sweet and kind. He talked me through everything about all the options step by step (as a young driver who didn t even understand the concept of a credit rating I found this beyond helpful) until I found the perfect car package for me. We spoke about all the options and types of finance in detail and he answered all my questions immediately.
When I came to pick it up (less than a week later) he went through all the features of the car and how it works making sure I was completely comfortable with it. Despite it pouring down with rain he went through everything outside the car from petrol cap to the tyre pump and in addition to all of this offered a service plan for me to get it sorted. The entire service experience is phenomenal (including the help from the finance director) and I honestly couldn t be happier!

Less than 10 days after passing my test I ve got a fantastic new car. Everyone was efficient and knew every part of my situation in detail without having to check up my details online first.

Not sure where to start. Customer service is terrible. staff are rude and unhelpful. I have a full vauxhall service history and started having problems with my car after 3 years (the car has done under 30,000 miles). I was a few months late with my service in 2016 and they have told me I have lost the life time warranty which is totally unfair as they only offer appointments for service 1-2 months from the day you call. In the past when I have made it clear I've been unhappy with the service and made a complaint I have received no response. Seems they are just after money. would avoid at all costs

Took the Grandland X on a test drive on 25/08/19 b...

Took the Grandland X on a test drive on 25/08/19 but felt extremely rushed by Salesman Ali who said to me to "hurry up" as he was busy. The test drive lasted less than 5 minutes which is pathetic considering the potential investment in this vehicle. Apparently Ali could not answer my test drive queries as he was only a 'Used Car Salesman'. I do not think this salesman's response is a reflection in the reliability of a Vauxhall car but perhaps his own poor customer service skills at this branch.

Picked my new car 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with the car but was very impressed with the staff. They where so helpful especially Jade Humber. The whole experience so really stress free. After care is really fantastic. I would recommend the dealership to everyone. Thank you so much.

I attended Bristol street motors, chingford, to buy a car
I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service and the help offered by members of staff. They got me the car I wanted, and also a very low % on the finance too.
I had a minor issue with the car after my purchase, and once again, with the swift response from the after sales team, I was very happy with the way how they handled my issue. Top dealership and I have already told others of them too.
Also a very big thanks to Rahman who was my salesman at Vauxhall. Very nice man and easy to deal with and talk to.

I have just purchased a Vauxhall Crossland X. The salesman, Shah was excellent in every aspect of his dealings with me and I cannot commend him enough. He was very patient and professional and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. Shah was always very courteous I would highly recommend Shah and Vauxhall Chingford to all my family and friends for the purchase of their next vehicle. Shah has just the right type of personality you need as a buyer to help you navigate the minefield when purchasing a new or used car.

Booked the car for the 4th time with a month in ad...

Booked the car for the 4th time with a month in advance and with the promise that what is being flagged by me will be checked and changed same day as previous bookings, if needed. I asked to look at the front suspension because there is a noise coming from a link/bush. Asked to measure and be told how much I have left from the brake pads as I'm facing a long Europe trip and I need to know if need changing. This could've been done with swapping the wheels front to back which I have asked to do. Nothing has been done until after 4PM. Only oil changed and wheels swapped. If there was a link/bush worn they probably tied the bolt, as I have seen under the car two days later. I still have to receive the video health check, because it wasn't done as car went in very late. If something would've needed to be changed because of the hour they didn't even bother...worst experience. Definitely last time and I will recommend others to avoid Bristol Street Motors Chingford Vauxhall. Also the lady who I left the car first thing in the morning hasn't told me that my car won't be done by the end of the day as I would've dropped it next day or in other day. Had to call them several times with no luck to find out what needs to be changed and worrying that their suppliers will close in the PM if a part needs changing. This should've been checked first to allow time for parts delivery and then installing can be anytime afternoon. Poor service and poor communication

Later edit: I was asked to bring the car back for the technician to have a second look on the front suspension. It appears to be a slight movement in Nsf lower arm bush. This time everything went professional as expected and Dylan was helpful as always, one of their top employees and I only had 5 stars experience with him.

I was due to get my car in the summer and even though they were quite a few months overdue getting the car to me. Andy always kept in touch and made sure I knew what was going on. Great guy, top bloke - even if he did make me wait 5 months lol!

Not a great customer service company at all , when purchasing a vehicle they will be professional , chase you up , keep contacting you however once everything is confirmed a different side emerges. I have purchased a vehicle a year ago , needed some information regarding my vehicle , I rang them 3 times , as soon as they find out it s not a sale matter they will say someone will ring you later which they never do , last time I will do business with them

Hi there, the reason i've rated one star is because i can't rate 0 star so therfore there is my one star rating and this is not because of a first time bad experience but for the 4th time. First off all on my first time booking with them they didn't even had me in they're booking system even though i had a confirmation email and a phone call to confirm forget about the courtesy car i had requested so i had to stay there until the service was done and trust me it toke forever.

2nd time visiting after consulting with their staf over the phone about a rough sound after you release the clutch (by the way it was the air flow regulator) after the service the sound was still there even though they changed so many other thinks which they thought was the problem but they didn't fix the problem
A friend of mine did found the problem within 10 seconds and he is not even working for vauxhall. When i told Vauxhall about it they said oh is just a manufacturer malfunction and they cant do anything about it anyway i bought the part and i went to my friend to install it as it looked like an easy job for someone that new about cars after all vauxhall was going to charge me again for something that i paid to be fixed the first time around.

3rd time toke my car for service at thesame Vauxhall as it was convenient for me as i live about 10-15 drive away this time they had me booked but no courtesy car again apparently i didn't book one yet again i had a email confirm all this, after 3-4 hours the service was done they game me my car keys i paid,.
The next day i realized my oil reading was still on 20% not 100%that it should be as aparantly they changed it the day before so went back spoke to the manager about it he said sory and send the mechanic to reset it strait away then i checked my service book there was no service recorded and that made me wory about how seriously this people take their job and responsibilities.

4th time and last one ever. It toke me 4 visits for this people to actually make me never to step my foot in their shop ever. after caling to discuss a notification message on my display bord saying "service vehicle soon "
They said you should come in and have a look at it so they booked me for after 2 weeks as i needed courtesy car. 1 day before the booking they call me and tell me sory but we dont have a courtesy car for tomorrow so i reschedule for next week as he said then could provide the courtesy car for me. went in there on the day of booking and guess what hapen they said that i did not had a booking with them therefore they couldn't provide me with a courtesy car, i said thats it you guys are a complete joke there was no manager on duty he said so you can call and place a complaint about it.

I would like to let people be aware that Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chingford were very patient and helpful when purchasing my Vauxhall Corsa Griffin. First of all, the communication between myself and that Branch was second to none. It was followed up by emails and texts confirming appointments even to the day of the appointment. I did not receive this with other Vauxhall dealers.
I did have a car in mind which perhaps helped when being seen by Jade Humber the Sales Rep which helped the buying experience both painless and very friendly. Jade went through details with myself and my niece and did not rush or try to sell us anything else as she knew what I was interested in. I thanked her for her patience and she remained very professional at all times. Although you may have other Reps like Jade, I want to put it out there that she is a credit to Bristol Street Motors in Chingford and I definitely would recommend anyone to visit your branch. I had come a long way to purchase this car but it was really worth it. Also the after care - calls and messages - is also a very nice touch.
Thank you Jade Humber and thank Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chingford for making me the proud owner of a lovely new Corsa Griffin.

Having recently purchased a new car from Bristol Street I found the whole experience to be first rate. All of the staff were polite friendly and helpful. Waquas Awan who handled the purchase gave me outstanding service. He managed the whole process smoothly and professionally keeping me fully informed of developments along the way. On the day of collection the car looked superb and the hand over process covered all bases. I would certainly have no hesitation in purchasing from Bristol Street again and highly recommend seeing Waquas.
