Originally came into the Chingford Branch as I didn't rate the customer service at all at VW (St Albans). I was interested in a used Vauxhall Adam and ended up with a brand new Corsa! This is all credit to the Great customer service, patience & helpfulness of James. There was no pressure to decide on the day (I came back a week later), I was able to test drive and the Corsa was definitely more me than the Adam. This was a big decision for me & James made it all the easier. He is a credit to Vauxhall and this branch. Will always deal with James from now on.Very impressed! 10/10

I have had a service plan with Vauxhall Chingford for over 2 years and they have always gone the extra mile to be accommodating. The mechanics always carry out a great job and are happy to carry out any work, to a great standard and I have never needed to worry about them charging me for repairs that don t actually exist unlike other garages. I needed to book an MOT today and spoke with the Manager Keeley and she has gone out her way to arrange for a staff member to come and pick my car up in between the school run as I would have really struggled. I appreciated this so much, I felt compelled to write this review. Customer service at this branch is absolutely amazing and I wouldn t use anywhere else! Thank you again Keeley!

Andy that does the motorbility is first class. Should you have a little time to kill, you can get to the cafe opposite by walking up the lhs of the Costco car park, through the gate and then left and through the underpass and then right, 5 mins, any other route out is unpleasant and long.

10 months ago I purchased a vauxhall insignia (2016 plate 39,000 miles) and I've had so many isses.
Problems with led rear lights, airbag lights, speakers not working properly and a steering wheel that looks like the car has done 100,000 miles.
Be careful when you go to this dealer, they just want money

Great car but couldn't find they service book which didn't get found or sent on and my first flat.... no wheel lock nut tool in the car anywhere. Check carefully what your car has in it if buying secondhand!!

Came for service and MOT, only had one! tyre for an Astra, needed three. Let me drive away with a nail in one tyre with a puncture. Thrust the vehicle health check at me at the end to sign. Didn't go through it with me to explain what needed doing. Told me to get two new tyres from Kwikfit (after spending all day there while the car was serviced) and to do asap. DID NOT tell me that I would be driving on the North Circular with a slow leak and a nail, and that asap meant then? next day? Service manager never got back to me despite 3 messages. Went through central customer services, basically conslusion is all boxes were ticked so I should have understood. When I asked to clarify about the two back tyres was told verbally that they are frayed, DID NOT say that there was a puncture and a leak Have certainly lost my service for current car and will never consider a new car from them. Stay away.

I recently took my car for servicing at this dealership. They might be good at selling cars but at the service department you will get the worst service. I am the owner of a vauxhall car and this is the first time I have took it for a service at this dealership. I would go elsewhere even if I have to travel miles. Really disappointed and I had no choice to give them one star otherwise I would give them nothing.
Very professional, Danielle was very helpful and got back to me later in the day to update me.
They also sent me a video of the technician checking my vehicle over and pointing out any issues, which is something I've not encountered before with other garages.
Have yet to collect my vehicle but hope that will also be a pleasant experience.

I went into Vauxhall in Chingford looking for a vehicle that suits everyday needs. Very bad services. I buy new car( Mokka) last June from them. Unfortunately they didt deliver the car on date what they promise and after-all they agree to deliver my spare wheel but until now they did not delivered. Costumer services is very poor and never they keep there words and very rare to get right person . I never going to recommend any one to buy from this particular agency. Iam strongly suggesting Vauxhall to re think about this agency.

Fantastic service at Bristol Street Chingford. Jay made the process very simple and was very helpful during all of it he managed to answer any questions I had with good knowledge of the car I was buying. There was a slight scuff the bumper of the car I was purchasing and Jay quickly got people out to fix this problem. 100% would recommend anyone to visit if looking to buy a good quality car.

Wow where do I start from I warn anyone do no buy a car from Bristol Street Motors Chingford they promise and never deliver they tell you one price then add the vat on top.
They let cars go out without servicing it and when something happens they will try and pin it on you.
They will quote you one service price then they will bring you a higher bill and lie to you about extra work that is needed. They Company is a racist from the Service Manager to the General Manager. They lie cheat and steal your money I wouldn't send my enemy there. They have even been on TV for there corrupt behavior. You have been Warned!!!!!

Leased my 2nd motobility vehicle from this dealership. The sales process was really nice and Andy took me step by step about the different models of cars. He even offered me a better vehicle than the one I wanted originally. The first mishap was when I first went to collect my new car is had a massive scratch on the drivers side wing close to the wing mirror a week later the car was taken to be re sprayed. I still have the vehicle until Tuesday 12 March 2019 as I m about to pick up another motobility vehicle, but unfortunately not with Bristol street motors as this time I didn t see any models that caught my eyes and the advance payments were far too high also. The aftercare was a bit on and off though. The first year servicing was a nightmare as I wasn t told that I had to bring the car in myself and then I was stranded there for most of the day as I lived 9.7 miles away from the dealership and it would of cost me a fortune to take a cab there and back which I did not have enough money for in the first place. The second year service I was a misunderstanding when ordering a courtesy vehicle. I told them not to book my a Vauxhall Corsa as I m quite tall and the vehicle would be cramping for me to drive. When I got there they had a Vauxhall Corsa waiting for me I was so annoyed I took the car anyway by the time I was about 5 to 10 minutes from home I was feeling the aches and pains of being cramped up driving. By the time I brought back the care I had to get my carer to accompany me while I drove the Corsa back and for him to drive my car back for me. Apparently after that I found out that all their courtesy vehicles were most likely to be corsa s, so by the 3rd service and 1st MOT I requested for someone to collect the vehicle and drop it back to me. Had to do the same when a rubber under the front bumper came off and I requested for the rubber to be replaced. The motobility department needs to make sure the aftercare team knows about a disabled persons requirements before booking a service or a MOT so that the disabled customer can decides whether they can use a small courtesy vehicle or not, so alternative arrangements can be made to accommodate all disabled people using motobility vehicles.
Enjoyed my vehicle she is a pleasure and very comfortable to drive when I was able to drive.
