Quality service, nice menu, but some products are poorly prepared (eg undercooked vegetables)

My #502 bedroom was too noisy because of some air flow system awaking me early morning. Hotel apologized. And? I would be surprised be the first to notify this.

Lamentable reception at the bar and refusal to serve on the terrace while other tables were served. Really not worthy of a 4 star!

Hyper practice at 2 min. from the exit of the highway. Ideal for a weekend to discover the central Valais. Comfortable and functional rooms.

Hotel good but a bit older, the rooms are good and big with everything you need.

The service at the bar and restaurant is nickel is a hotel trainer, so small hiccups are possible but generally it is rather the opposite, nice moments with the staff. We ate at 20 people without worry for 3 days, map or tiptop menu, the wines of the same.

This is my 6th stay for professional reasons and it is still suitable, large or small conference rooms or meeting, exam room, everything is converted.

Good welcome. The staff is composed of people learning the job of reception. Many do not know French or very bad. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

Very good hotel. Recommended for a stay in Martigny.

To avoid ... Large rooms outdated, the mattress too worn or bad quality ?! without air conditioning, without electrical outlets ...

Good hotel, breakfast perfect and location very nice. The only drawback are lack of air conditioning in the rooms.

Hotel study friendly, I just found the menus expensive for the amount setting in plate.
