It is very expensive, we have a bathroom for our new home here, but I hope that this tying will come to an end soon in the future.

The consultant did not do his job well, but I still have the feeling that you as a customer (to put it bluntly) are sewn. The prices for exactly the same sanitary articles are (so exactly the same EAN number) is much cheaper elsewhere. And no they are not so-called internet prices, but just physical sanitary shops.

The total difference with the prices for other sanitary matters is approx. 35%. Be aware that yes, the employees do their best to bring you in as a customer, but you now also understand why.

It is that the construction company has appointed Van Wanrooij as a supplier of the bathroom, and as a customer you do not have much choice if you want a bathroom at key transfer.

I hope that ACM will also put a stop to this tying in the future, just as has been done on the mortgage market. Yes, it is of no use to me now, but I hope that Van Wanrooij will really do something about their absurd prices.

Have not bought or ordered anything yet. But this gives me a nice time to read reviews about them. Something that worries me as a potential customer is the after sales when you view the reviews.

That in addition to the fact that no assembly of separate bathrooms (assembling only projects) gives me as a potential customer to think.

Rarely have we been received so enthusiastically in a kitchen showroom. In addition to a pleasant conversation with an expert advisor, we had the freedom to walk through the showroom at our leisure and enjoy beautiful kitchen arrangements made of high-quality material.
The lunch, freshly prepared by the chef and assistant, made our visit a party. We spent the rest of the day enjoying our visit to van Wanrooij kitchens!
We will soon enjoy our new kitchen!

Had a very nice day at Van Wanrooij. Good guidance from Marcel and Luuk. In the morning we selected our kitchen with Marcel. Marcel had suggested extra ideas during the conversation so that we could shape our wishes. Finally with a good setup for the kitchen, walked through the showroom to view and determine all options. After a nice morning we bought our dream kitchen.

In the afternoon after a well-cared-for lunch, Luuk discussed the options for the bathroom. After careful consideration, we finally purchased our ideal dream bathroom. A very nice but intensive day in the beautiful showroom in Waardenburg.

Very nice showroom.

Service is very good. We were asked if we wanted to join in the planning of the appointment. (Thursday evening) We have indicated that we are coming for dinner, we are driving from Oosterhout NB from work to Waardenburg. Good service and compliments for the ladies. Was very tasty.

Experts and nice help from Marco when buying our kitchen.

A must if you are looking for a kitchen or bathroom.

House purchased on the Leeuwse field in Beneden Leeuwen, invited to Van Wanrooij for a kitchen and sanitary appointment. Very bad, they are not professional, people are lying as if it is nothing, you cannot trust what they say, they are mainly on projects because otherwise they will not get customers. They just lie and do not provide complete information to send you to additional work. They then pressurize you to sign while you have not been able to study the entire tender properly. Next day you let them know that you still want to undo that extra work because there was already an option standard in the price that was not discussed, they will secretly change the type of tiles in your quote. They keep the same color, but slightly smaller tiles and type of gloss / mat chosen for you. You can't sink that deep, you would say. Well it can be even deeper. When confronted nicely, they continue to lie that the product number has suddenly changed the next day. Really not normal, in the end they perform for each other to send the wrong offer to the builder. If you send an official complaint to them, they will not even be responded to. Really worthless company.

Never experienced such a bad service organization. Have to wait half a year until finally the last points were picked up, and then the week after the delivered work you immediately expect that you will pay the bill. What a drama company! In retrospect, we also came to the conclusion that the advice was substandard because during the advisory interview there are simply not many questions that you may expect to be asked during the interview. They know how to fool you with their chic bar, snacks and drinks .. be warned.

Van Wanrooij is a very rigid company that is not customer-oriented at all. The showroom is beautiful and the lunch you get is delicious, but you don't come for that.

There are a large number of failed salesmen who want you to sort things out as quickly as possible and have them sign for an assignment. Don't fall for it, take your time and don't make a direct decision. That speed is also influenced by the deadlines they set in the construction project.

The kitchen check that you get is of course a cigar from your own box, because you really paid for it yourself when you bought your house. However, they want to make you believe otherwise. Well van Wanrooij is really not Sinterklaas.

The kitchen check can really and only be used when purchasing a complete kitchen. This smacks of tying, if you don't take it off you have lost your money. It is also impossible to spend the check in any other way.

So think carefully and orient yourself well before you work with them!

The conditions are indeed known and written in such a way on this point that only van Wanrooij benefits from them. The buyer cannot say I want to have that paragraph deleted or changed.

Van Wanrooij would be better off lowering house prices with the price of the kitchen check and leaving customers free to choose where to buy the kitchen, but that does not fit into Wanrooij's earnings model! You now also have that freedom, but that will cost you the value of the kitchen check that you have already paid yourself.

A good six months after the installation of our ki...

A good six months after the installation of our kitchen by Van Wanrooij I still feel the need to post a review. I can endorse many of the experiences listed on the site, the customer is king until you are signed and then you become a number. Even less than that!
Furthermore, I would qualify the quality of the kitchen as mediocre in terms of finish, materials and the recommended Pilgrim equipment. Of the six devices, 4 have already shown defects for which a repairer has already had to come an equal number of times. Below a picture of the finish of our kitchen cupboard under the sink, Van Wanrooij thinks this is normal and an acceptable way of finishing !! We also have our serious doubts about the mounted handles and whether they are actually the handles we have chosen. These are mentioned on the order but cannot possibly be our choice as we find them horrible. Given the inferior quality, this kitchen and the equipment will most likely need to be replaced relatively quickly, a regrettable conclusion.
Incidentally, I noticed that most of the reviews with a lot of stars are almost all messages and photos from the lunch and the beautiful showroom. Most experiences of people who have actually bought a kitchen or bathroom are a little less flourishing.

Later on, we saw a lot of negative reactions on the internet about (in) delivery and service. However, we can report that the delivery and installation went entirely as desired. Everything delivered correctly in accordance with the agreement and the technician who installed the kitchen turned out to be a real professional. Entirely right.

In our new house the drain of our shower is not sloping enough so that the water does not run away properly. This was reported in April. After the first report, it took a lot of effort to get someone to come and watch. Finally, after months of waiting, someone has come to inventory the problem. - Poorly advised by the seller:
- he was extremely difficult about providing a second offer because the system can only offer one, he said
- after it became clear that the 1st quotation was not an option in terms of budget, the continuation of the agreement was very difficult (tension and irritation present at the seller). Unbelieveable. We get an email from the bathroom vendor that the bathroom can not be delivered as ordered. Before the sale there was even contact with the contractor and everything was agreed. Alternatively, we are now offered to take the standard bathroom .... the alleged problem is thus completely put down with us .... It should not be crazier. Furthermore, we should have been informed two weeks ago by one Elise, the buyer's supervisor. Not so!

Just talked to the buyer: the wrong information was given during the sale. Now it is being checked whether and how it can be solved ....

We were very well helped during our day visit to van Wanrooij kitchen, bathroom and tile department stores.
In our experience we have received very competent advice with regard to upgrading our bathroom and toilet.
After that we also put together a kitchen after a very well cared for lunch.
Financially we do not have the feeling that we have paid too much, but it was obviously not cheap either.
In the follow-up process, all our worries have been relieved. After the delivery of our new-build home, the assembly was arranged with 1 telephone call. In the end we are very satisfied with the result.

After 4 months of misery with the installation of ...

After 4 months of misery with the installation of our kitchen where wanrooy is very customer-unfriendly, yesterday a new low ... outside the fact that another panel did not fit where we had to wait for weeks, the mechanic has our new poured floor irreparably damaged. Even the subfloor is completely damaged by the clumsy behavior of the mechanic. Because the damage is so great, a specialized company has to come to fix it, but you will always see this. And of course when we call from wanrooy we get nobody on the line again except the operator who is well-worn to keep everyone off. Do not think that someone with any mandate in this company is interested in the customer and will come to the pool if you have spent 10,000 euros on a kitchen and have so many problems.

After 4 months of continuous problems with this kitchen we are now with curved panels, a broken fridge and freezer, a broken hood, an island where a side panel is loose and wobbles, and thereby a huge damage in our new floor that you will always see .
All our trust in this company is gone! There has been a mechanic many times now and it is still a shoddy work !!

People, do not be fooled by a slick salesman who lets you buy a kitchen in 1.5 hours and a nice showroom ... this company should be blacklisted, so dramatic is the service here. We live in a new neighborhood where unfortunately everyone was condemned to wanrooy and everyone complains about it .. and even people who have lived here for 8 months still have problems with the kitchen.

Our previous ikea kitchen cost half of the money and was placed in an afternoon after which we never had any problems !! Eternal regret that we went into the sea with van wanrooy.

I understand very well that mistakes can be made because it is human work, but I find this beyond all limits. And the complete reluctance to resolve it in a decent way is simply disrespectful. I have never written a negative review about a company, but this is the only way to get in touch with Van Wanrooy and I really want to protect other people from the same problems.

The seller has an eye and ear for the wishes of the customer and will not tell his standard story to possibly get more sales.

Good explanation of the options regarding the kitchen and the advantages and disadvantages of the choice well discussed. Also indicated which products are hip but actually not better than the other products; faucets, hoods etc.

Open and honest discussion about the brands of appliances and the lines of the various brands. There are sometimes no differences outside the price.

In my opinion a good deal at the end of the afternoon.

In a short time this is the third time that we have chosen a kitchen at van Wanrooij ourselves or with others, I have not even thought of another company. The lunch was fine.

We have purchased both our bathroom and kitchen in the beautiful VWR showroom. We were kindly helped, received a nice lunch. We were really looking forward to the kitchen.

What we find very annoying is that we have ordered a 3.5-meter plinth in one piece (also sold by the seller), but that a plinth with a connecting piece is supplied. That doesn't look nice. The first delivery was also very poorly finished.

Give VWR every opportunity to come up with a nice and good alternative or to solve this by means of a credit note, or to do something extra to make up for this. Unfortunately nothing possible. In short, we simply have to pay for the seller's mistake.

It is about the principle of a good solution compared to a large investment for us. It is a shame that the empathetic and commercial insight are lacking to get a satisfied customer.

I have decided not to do business with this company and to look further because of the many bad reviews about after sales.
Tip: improve your service! This will haunt you for years!

Edit: if I read all the reactions in this way, the best rated reviews of visits to your showroom are all bad reviews from customers who eventually bought something. By giving reactions such as "we are going to learn from it" or "we are passing it on internally", that does not really come across as service-oriented!
I look for further!

Tip! Just look at a kitchen in Germany just across the border! Good quality and a competitive price!

I have a very positive feeling about my visit to Van Wanrooij kitchens with only one small comment.
I think the showrooms in which all bathrooms and kitchens are set up are impressive because of their diversity and care. All selectable objects are present, so no choice has to be made from a leaflet. The staff is very friendly and correct and the reception is excellent with coffee or tea and an excellent lunch. The guidance by the contact persons is excellent.
After making the various choices, it is easy to see what the result of these choices is through the directly provided overview images and even Virtual Reality images. Then it is possible to change already made choices.
So fine, fine, fine.
The small side note concerns moving through the beautiful building. I do not know if there is a lift in the building, it was not pointed out. For people with walking difficulties, walking up and down stairs frequently is a problem.

I have passed both the kitchen, bathroom and floor. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable salespeople who use state of the art systems that not only display what has been discussed clearly on paper, but can even make you walk around.

The welcoming restaurant with an attractive snack and drink was a pleasant break from the nevertheless by the property.

We had a super nice conversation with Nienke about a new bathroom in our yet to be built apartment. She is very skilled and thinks along with solutions. In addition, we had a virtual tour in our future bathroom. Showroom with a choice of hundreds of options.

Fantastic help for the kitchen by Mark and the bat...

Fantastic help for the kitchen by Mark and the bathroom by Sandra. For the kitchen we had an idea what Mark really made and gave us a look into our new home. Very nice to "walk" in your home. The bathroom was / is a challenge for Sandra. Where we had an image for the kitchen, we did not have that for the bathroom yet. Sandra helped us to get this picture. We come back again for the dots on the "i" for both and the handling of the price.

Fine and expertly helped! When designing the kitchen, it was enough to state our abstract wishes ... the kitchen that followed was just about our dream kitchen! There is so much choice that it is almost too much. Bathroom also a pleasant experience, they helped us well with making choices and practical tips
