After good experiences with the purchase of the kitchen, I am now very dissatisfied with the process of designing the bathroom.
- Poorly advised by the seller:
- he was extremely difficult about providing a second offer because the system can only offer one, he said
- after it became clear that the 1st quotation was not an option in terms of budget, the continuation of the agreement was very difficult (tension and irritation present at the seller). In addition, the seller also indicated that he had less time for me than previously agreed because of another customer, whom I did not see in the showroom in the additional hour that I was still there.
- very little flexibility in planning a follow-up appointment to work it out before the project deadline set by Van Wanrooij. When I indicated to the Planning department that I could not go at the proposed time and that I was forced to go to someone else, the answer was "Unfortunately, it is no different".
