"Companies that enrich the community we call home" those who live at this location would beg to differ. Don't take my word for it, ask anyone who lives at this address how often the elevator works, how often the step in urine, and how often they see management. THEY WILL BE VERY HONEST.
Terrible people. Maintenance employees enter your apartment- no permission no notice. Had to call police. When employees come to fix something they take pleasure in correcting half the problem.
Terrible company, and terrible people. This company is full of a bunch of vultures. Overpriced properties for junk.
10 months ago my company paid $1000 via cashier's check for rent and they have yet to credit us that amount even with all the bank statements and a bank investigation on the transaction. All the work was done by me to prove that we did pay them but they still refuse to credit us. Shady management and I suspect they embezzle their money since the investigation shows that they payment went to a private account.
Do not move here. Management will never leave you alone even if you pay your rent on time. Horrible experience!
Been a resident at a Van Metre community for about a year now, plan to renew my lease. Very helpful staff and great costumer service. Big shout out to the maintenance staff for maintaining a clean and awesome living space! ;)
Don't move to The Flats at shady grove ran by this company. This places property manager and staff are just doing whatever they want here and don't care about their residents. They wont own up to their mistakes and very much causing an inconvenience and seem to not care about it.
Fyi, never give these people any PII directly. Only safe through 3rd parties.
