ferndale location customer service was bad in comparison to the Mt Vernon location, ferndale people had no idea what coal was, and why someone would want it.

I have great service especially Benjamin who is already ready to help. He also gives good advice and understands customer needs. I will shop there as long as employees like Benjamin still work there.

This is where I go for almost all my animal needs. They have what I need for my horses, chickens, cats, etc.

Fun place, even for girls! They have all sorts of pet items, as well as stuff for the farmer..... Even baby attire. Always fun to look at the things in the variety section. Last time I got a Slinky and a crawling soldier for less than $5 for both. Grandkids even like going here. Great staff and help.

Zero service and staff care less about you and your needs. Kari was on her phone and it was more important than to help us - I m on a phone - when I m done - I ll help you she rudely stated. Other staff clueless about what we were looking for. Meanwhile 10 mins later Kari was already helping other white folks (while apparently being friendly and smiling) and continued ignoring us. Website states they had items in stock. On-hand they appeared to have only four and it was used for chicks and ducks. Whatever website says - we don t know. It seems they work for jobs and not to be of service. Will never step our feet into this store.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. You don't have to track them down, they find you and ask if they can help you with anything. Great prices.

Love this store for price service could be better go in often and maybe 2 or 3 times been asked if I needed help

Two stars because the store seemed organized and well-stocked, but the interaction that I had with the girl at the customer service counter had me walking right out of the front door to make an order from a big box store online. Disappointing.

Very helpful staff, and looks like a good selection of inventory and reasonable prices. I did not enjoy having to ask staff to unlock a bathroom.

It's a quick place to shop if you know what you are looking for because there is never a line and It's never crowded. They have a good inventory of pretty much anything I'm looking for and then some I didn't realize I needed.

Great store all the way around! Great place to get working boots and outdoor clothing.

I get my homefire logs here sometimes and the staff is friendly and helpful

Not sure if cashier hated me or not. But I like that. Also kitty litter was nice...for their poop..five stars. Smelt great in there

Awesome prices and great selection of items for everyone.

Always a great general animal/farm store to shop at. They have "almost" everything you need to take care of your small or large farm needs, or even your family pets. A suggestion would be for TSC to get more treats for small pets/exotic animals, i.e. Guinea pigs, chichilla's etc.

Needed hitch for new trailet and Scott was a big help in going out and making sure things lined up right. Fantastic service!

The clerk was really helpful. They had decent prices. The store was hard to navigate because of all the inventory, but I did like all of the selections.

They matched a Home Depot sale price, and we're very helpful and patient.

I was not impressed. I came there for propane for my first and last time. The gal at the register called someone so I went back to wait. I waited for about 10 min and went back up to the same cashier and asked her again about refilling my propane. She said someone would be with me but was busy doing other stuff. I asked 5 min or 1 hour and she said she did not know and walked away. Very poor customer service. I went right over to Coastal and got them refilled right away.

Great service for what it is. Not everything but pretty close.

My dad took me here, as he's in from NC, pretty cool store! They literally have everything you may need.

Offered same day pickup. Though th website jerked me around, postponing my pickup of wasp traps til th next day. I called to see if I could pickup b4 closing. Dylan(sp?) And Scott were very helpful.
Reccomend in store purchases though

Mount Vernon wa Tractor Supply is a great store. We are pleased with the employees. They are very helpful. I asked Benjamin for large $600 kennel which was not in stock and he immediately ordered me one online. I picked it up and he made the transaction simple and easy. I definitely recommend buying in this store and will continue.

The staff was ok, not very friendly and it was hard to find any one to help you. This was the first time I have ever had that in a Tractor Supply store. And I was hoping it was just an off day for the staff at the Mt.Vernon store but when I went back 3 days later it was the same.

Such a great store!!!

They have a little of everything. Tools, fencing, gardening supplies. Heaters, tard furniture, lights, pet supplies, pet health products. They also have yard furniture barbecues, propane tanks, air compressors and soooooo much more. The staff was super friendly and was always there when I had any questions.

TCS always has what I need, no matter which store I go to. It's Kevin's favorite store because there is almost always some spillage in the feed department. "Kevin's here! Cleanup on aisle six!" Both the employees and customers get a kick out of him, and the cashier ALWAYS has a cookie for him if he sits. Our travels have taken us to six states and counting, so I depend on TSC for mini pig food.

Tractor Supply has great prices on a lot of stuff we need frequently. They also have helpful staff.

Nice clean store. Carries the dog food we need for our dogs.

Cheapest place in town for animal food. We buy all our animal food here whether it's organic live stock feed or grain free dog and cat food. It's cheaper here than anywhere else.

Nice clean store. I walked in and asked for the bathroom key. the cashier was apprehensive about giving me the key and said the restroom was for customers only. I said okay and continue to stand there so she finally was like oh I guess I can see if we have the key out. Once the bathroom which was okay moderately clean and then came out for my product and no one was even at the register so I will possibly come back if I have to but not the best customer service as far as products they have a large selection that more than anything would possibly bring me back

Good variety of pet food for good prices. I find their prices cheaper than other local hardware stores also. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was able to purchase my pets 5 in 2 Distemper/Parvo/Bordetella/...vaccine for half if what the least expensive va cine clinic would charge. I like that this is a jsin of stores so one is likely to find the stores in multiple areas versus a proprietary store.

Lots of great deals. We always find things we didn't know we needed.
