The risotto was tasteless and did not look tasty either, the chicken satay was too little for the money, quality was disappointing for what we are used to at van der Valk restaurant. Too bad we don't come here anymore.

Good hotel but little atmosphere, partly due to the Corona rules. The food is good but a small menu. More than half is filled with wines.
Again at this location, corona will again take its toll on poorer quality food, smaller map now printed on A4 and can you keep it why? If you cannot cope with working like this at this time, close your case, because it is not worth living in this way and I have already noticed this at 3 branches. Keep it up and the end is in sight.
On the way back from the Wadden we ate delicious asparagus here. Beautiful restaurant with a nice terrace.

A nice van der Valk hotel / restaurant right on the A7. It is just a walk if you come from the Afsluitdijk (through a tunnel under the highway) but because of the modern design and friendly staff, it is recommended if you want to eat well on the way.

We have now seen almost all van der Valk hotels and restaurants in the Netherlands and, as here, the quality of the food is great. This time opted for the chicken skewer with satay. Delicious What a taste. Super friendly service and of course the restaurant is spick and span. Recommended !!!
Slept wonderfully in nice room and great bed. Dining was a party, wide choice and it was delicious. Excellent service and nice staff.
After 15 minutes I was noticed and served. After another 35 minutes the food was served. After I finished eating after 20 minutes the checkout took almost fifteen minutes. In my opinion, taking a bite should be able to reach max. Within 45 minutes.
The ordered chicken fillet was tasty. The vegetables were mushy and did not look fresh from any of the fried potatoes.
The drink was fine.

As all Van der Valk hotels or restaurants also this place offers the proper Dutch meal or stay. Always good for me.
Had a great lunch on the terrace. 2 areas for smokers and non-smokers. Good service who often ask if it is still satisfactory. Plenty of shade on a sunny day.

We had a number of drinks and an extensive lunch, a fresh bowl of water was prepared for our brother-in-law's dog. The service was very smooth and friendly. It looked as it is known by van der Valk very neat and clean. Toilets are fresh and polished. The food is delicious and tasted perfect. Then home with a full stomach. Recommended
The Restaurant inside the hotel is beautiful and Food is amazing. The Hotel accomodation is clean and decent. Some functionalities like charging switches do not work. Bed was like springy..!!!

Together with my boyfriend I spent the night at the Van der Valk Hotel Wieringermeer. The room was nice and clean. In the evening we had something to eat in the restaurant of Van der Valk Wieringermeer. I myself had the black tagliatelle with pesto and more things, this was a vegetarian dish. This pasta was indescribably tasty. On the menu it said that bread is served with the pasta, if your fries / potatoes and vegetables wishes this could be arranged. I mention in the order that I would rather have potatoes and vegetables with it than bread. When the food was brought there were bacon through the potatoes, this while I order vegetarian dish (and also do not eat meat). When they cleared away I gave as a tip that maybe they could do this differently next time. The servants tell me that it is normally taken into account, nothing more. I thought it was a strange action and badly solved.
