Terrible service. Complaints are not taken serious...

Terrible service. Complaints are not taken seriously and they send you from the box to the wall. The only thing they can do is draw up a new quotation so that they can try to pull you off. I never come here again and neither do my friends and family.

Two weeks ago our Induction cooker broke down after 1.5 years. We made a service request and eventually it was made after 7 (!) Days without a hob. Two days later he did not work again .. now we have been some time further and we were told that it will only be made next week, in 7 days. Communication is very bad! From both the supplier and Keukenhof. Keukenhof did have an emergency hob with 2 plates, but we had to pick it up ourselves. Is an hour away for us.
Update; Finally, after this review, an emergency hob was brought.

Bought a kitchen 21 years ago, now some problems with the built-in dishwasher. Despite the corona, came along, solved the problem, placed a new dishwasher and provided some extra service in terms of drainage and doors. Super on time and ready quickly. Toppie. Completely happy.

It all seems very well organized, but once you agree, they are crooks!
There are all extra costs that you do not know about, and otherwise they will not deliver.

Today again received great service from Keukenhof Wieringerwerf. Jan made sure that when we finished the extractor hood (with hose to the outside) we also exchanged our oven for a more practical oven for us.
Jan thank you very much for that.

We had bought a showroom kitchen and the employees of Keukenhof Wieringerwerf have adapted the kitchen so that everything has come to our liking.
They even brought the new freezer for us through Expert.

That is why we have once again opted for Keukenhof Kitchens in Wieringerwerf.

A kitchen discussed and signed (note with the owner himself) go through all the details piece by piece, he add everything together with a calculator at the same time with a sketch that he then makes of the kitchen ... - in the end a price comes out, we agree gone with this price (of which you can assume that all details are included such as extra thick top, carousel, handles, spotlights, tap, fronts, sink, colors, etc. as discussed in detail) ..

And then comes the kitchen and then you get NO thick tray, and NO pans carousel .. But in our experience this was hit on the calculator and included in the final price, but that he never put / entered this on that sketch. has (no sheet thickness at all and no carousel filled in) - where you put your signature and which you get home with you .. (now this is not a nice digital clear sheet, but one drawn in pencil and bursting with numbers, abbreviations, scribbles and jargon terms where a layman cannot get much out of it .. The moment you accept this you just get to hear; Well, that is not on the drawing ... in other words you do not have a leg to stand on! there are still dents in the blade (factory defect) where they just pull their hands off.

Contact is very difficult anyway with Keukenhof Kitchens and you don't even get to speak to the owner with whom we discussed the kitchen, he just pushes an employee forward to brush you off.

The only thing we blame ourselves is that we transferred the entire amount immediately, we should have withheld at least 1000 until everything had been properly resolved. Probably it would all have been resolved with these people.

We are satisfied with the kitchen itself and the installation (the technicians), although I think that this company is actually not worth a compliment after this experience.
