Always good. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Good beds. Luxurious full breakfast. Really recommendable. We come there regularly.

Lovely hotel but very cold rooms. Luckily the receptionist was able to provide me with a portable heater to get me through my 5night stay

Tip lets add something for a small pool is also more fun for the guests and then you can raise the price a little because of that is a tip

For the first time it went completely wrong with gluten-free food in Van der Valk. Within half an hour I got really bothered. Of course it is not possible to turn it back, but the solution, the dishes of the bill and a voucher for a new attempt, can at least be called sympathetic.

Good location for meetings and conferences. Care is top in terms of food and drink. Just a pity that the tables and chairs look so tired.

Had lunch here, was disappointing. Recorded drinks twice that were not brought, tables were so close together that you have the bottoms of the waiters or guests behind you continuously and some of the dishes from the buffet (eg chicken and salmon) were very dry.
Not worth repeating for me.

Excellent 4-star hotel, modern and very welcoming. Large, clean rooms and very large bathroom with separate bath and shower cubicle. Attached restaurant, very varied and abundant breakfast. Good free wifi.

Today with the family + supporters enjoyed a DELICIOUS Easter brunch at Van der Valk Ridderkerk. It started with the reservation: had contacted tel.contact and got a very friendly employee on the line. During the brunch the staff was TOP and the service was GREAT !! We got value for our money. Beautiful van der Valk. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. But we don't like 2 x single beds but that is often in hotels

For 6 people table reserved to celebrate something, unfortunately with 3 people the cold plate was hot. 1 type of vegetables: broccoli, 1 bowl of lettuce, French fries and a sour fries sauce instead of a creamy mayonnaise, the main course of 3 types of fish literally swam in the sauce even the lemon wedges floated in it so had to ask new otherwise your fingers would be completely covered soup with fish. Poor service, half of the order was forgotten or we had to wait. The announcement that the steak was cold was only responded with an OH ?? Will definitely not go here anymore and to put that down for a considerable amount !!

Price is affordable including breakfast. Basic room. Bathroom were not completely clean. Hair here and there. What minus point is mini bar does not work. And the heat did not work. Only cold air. Very annoying.

Inside there are also several bars and spaces to eat, dine or have a drink. Next to the entrance a gigantic reading table. The breakfast completisimo with a good coffee. Ideal for business trips. There is an informal atmosphere. You have to book early, it's almost always full!

Great hotel. I mainly come for business meetings in the restaurant or in one of the many meeting rooms. It is always great.

Nice place. Rooms are comfortable. The quality of buffet breakfast is really good, with fresh natural juices and hot options like omelette prepared at demand. Also the restaurant is nice and customer service impeccable. Just the surroundings are not very beautiful for a walk.
