Good quality good beds box springs,

Come here several times a year with the family to do a breakfast buffet. Reserved for 11 people, but on receipt we were given a round table for max 8 people, the proposed solution was to put a smaller round table against it. After some puzzling they were able to make a long table. The choice was more limited than the previous times, and the fried eggs were cold, because they lay on a flat gastronorm container (which is more cold than the heat lamp produces. Maybe an idea to put a deep container of hot water under the flat container. think that all the dots are mainly due to the renovation of the normal dining room, so we had to use the room upstairs, and two coffeemakers for a full breakfast room are also very few, so you had to wait quite a long time. you recognize and are fun to deal with.

Cozy, fun and lots of food, the wafers are really tasty (the desserts);)

The suite (room 319) is very nice, spacious and with an open bathroom. The shower has a jacuzzi and a rain shower, very nice! A wide selection of toiletries is also provided. The bed is comfortable and spacious enough for two people. If you pay more attention to the details, there are a few things that could have been a bit tighter (stain in the ceiling, no sink near the toilet).
Staff is fine, they also do their job well but are not personally involved with the guests. For example, they don't chat. Not a problem for us, but some people do need this.
All in all, a good opportunity for a (relaxed) overnight stay!

Exceptionally nice hotel with beautiful rooms. We slept one night here and didn't use much of the facilities (once the restaurant). The room and the bathroom were very good and we enjoyed the night very much.

Had a wonderful weekend in a perfectly clean room with a really nice bed and luxurious bathroom. Breakfast is very extensive and the LIFE cooking dinner is definitely recommended.

Very large rooms and a perfect bathroom. Air conditioning works quietly well. The hotel is a bit spacious. Whoever is on foot should ask a central room. The restaurant and bar were very good. Everywhere friendly employees with a smile. More is not possible in a hotel. A 100% recommendation.

Great tasty food on New Year's Eve. The dining room was packed, but we didn't have to wait long for our food. Also the staff very nice and took all the time for us.

We were at live cooking. Really excellent. Very friendly staff and a very large selection of all kinds of dishes. We will certainly do this more often.

On the motorbike, rain fell over ... soaked in ... warm welcome, good food, at half past ten in the evening! .. tip top room .. nice rest no phoehaa, just good!

The lunch buffet was on the first floor, which was not specified. The food was very tasty, but it was not that well-arranged. The sandwiches were also taken away when the extensive dessert buffet was set up. I was still looking for a croissant, but it was gone.

Had lunch for the ridiculously expensive price of 17. A la carte is cheaper.

Extremely friendly staff that tried their very best to accommodate us, including our 18 month old son. Service was fast and food excellent.

Upon arrival, the reception is very cordial. Friendly lady behind the counter explains everything clearly and in peace. because of the nice weather I asked what was advisable in the region to be outside. She referred us to what she happened to do the day before and that was indeed a success. The rooms are luxurious and do not suffer from neighbors or other noises. We chose to go for the 3 course menu in the hotel restaurant. Here too the lady who first served us was really great. Correct but not too, friendly but again not too. I am (perhaps retarded or not) hypersensitive to servant staff. They make or ruin my evening. This lady definitely made it for me. Then why not 5 stars but 4. We took another quick bite at 3 p.m. The bouncer was delicious but the knives were so blunt that I had to tear my bouncer instead of cutting it and despite all the positive messages about the dinner the temperature of the room was much too hot. No things you fall over, but if everything is so good, so professional and so personal, then these 2 easy to solve minus points are a missed opportunity for perfection.
I was last at van der Valk 20 years ago and the old-fashioned image of that time has completely disappeared. I can only say an unexpectedly very positive experience that I could never have dreamed about in advance. You have to see those 2 minus points in perspective because all the good things have the upper hand so much that I would easily undergo them again
