Very nice and friendly staff, modern furnished, large, clean room with balcony and comfortable beds for a very restful sleep. Big, clean, new, nice bathroom. Recommendation!!!!

Cleanliness, room amenities, bathroom space, many samples. The environment, the terrace, the calm, the accessibility via the motorways. Buffet breakfast very rich. Staff at the hospitality super. Negative point, the reception at the bar!

Hadn't been to one of the falcons for a long time because I had a bad experience a lot, the people in Goes turned that around completely! Good food and when we left someone else came running after us in the parking lot. I had forgotten my sunglasses .. Top service!

Very good, excellent service, family party, all very tasty, excellent facilities, coffee machine for your own use is really great, just one downside, room was a bit too stuffy, despite air conditioning. But certainly van der Valk Goes: highly recommended

There was something wrong with the sewage system during our stay, which made our room smelly. We indicated this immediately after arrival, after which one of the employees came to clean the place. However, the stench lingered, but the employee assured us that the stench would be gone by the evening and that - if it wasn't - we would be compensated. Unfortunately, when we returned in the evening, the stench had only increased. We reported this again to the reception, after which the staff said that - apart from spraying the air freshener - there was nothing they could do for us. According to them there were no more rooms available, but it seemed that the rooms next to us were still empty. What an absolute joke, and that for a room of more than 180 per night. Tip: if you want to stay in (or near) Goes, go to hotel Katoen.

If you have the guts to ask for 149 EUR per night, make sure you have real coffee bags and no cardboard cups like in the gas stations along the way, even the kettle and coffee machine were not clean

Everything was in order as expected, as on request, the minibar was filled and the bottle of Prosecco was put in the room chilled.

Spacious and clean room with balcony. The breakfast is tasty and there is plenty of choice. With nice weather you can eat outside on the terrace.

Great food, only the toast with tuna was just a little on the lean side, my wife did not have enough, while she is a small eater !!

Van der Valk hotel in Goes it's very nice and clean. Good food at main restaurant, bar food is very limited. If your stay for 1 night I would recommend this place. There aren't many attractions near this hotel, so if your looking to explore I choose a better hotel.

Rooms were beautiful, luxurious and super clean. That while we were in a room where dogs were (because we also had a dog ourselves). You really couldn't tell. Breakfast absolutely great, nothing to complain about and the location is reasonable. Not within walking distance of the city, but easily accessible by car. At night only nuisance from other hotel guests, it is very obedient.

The service is very good and friendly, they make every effort to make you happy. At the buffet they have made an effort to explain which items were vegan. The bed is a bit hard for my taste but the sheets are nice and the rooms are spacious.
We come back here every year.

I spend a lot of time travelling and stay in plenty of hotels. The quality can certainly be mixed.

This is a great hotel.

I arrived by train, walked to to the taxi rank, waited awhile with not a cab in sight. It was a dreary day otherwise I'd have walked, but I just didn't fancy that. So I called the hotel in the hope that they could give me a number for a local firm, or better still, call one for me.

They did better than that. The girl I spoke to on reception said they'd send a shuttle out to collect me. After 10 minutes a Ford Ka pulled up and a smartly dressed young lady jumped out, apologising profusely that she'd not been able to locate the shuttle driver (he was on another call,) and would I mind going to the hotel in her car. Of course I didn't and we spent a pleasant 10 minutes chatting before arriving at the hotel.

Now that's what I call excellent service!

All of the staff were attentive and friendly, the room was very nice and the food was simply excellent. In terms of being a business hotel it also represented good value for money.

I may have to travel back to Goes at some point and I will definitely book the Hotel Goes.

Delicious eaten. Friendly service. Was quite busy but it went reasonably fast with service.

A la carte with 4 people on 20-3.
Two ordered schnitzel and two ravioli.
We were given a cup of lettuce in advance, the schnitzel was baked dark.
The vegetables were something like ratatouille, with a sharp taste.
In addition, fries and baked potatoes (pay attention).
All in all a very scanty menu.
The ravioli still went, but little taste to the dish.
Our disappointment passed on to the waiter, upon which the manager came to us.
She would pass it on to the kitchen, but did nothing with it at the moment.
When they leave, they will see you again, but we will never see them again.

Great for enjoying lunch with customers in between.

Hotel that claims to be inclusive. Good accommodation but guest is incomplete informed at the reception. It certainly did not depend on the service.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast and restaurant.

Friendly, cozy, good food, but nice and warm inside. But definitely worth repeating!
