Good hotel for a weekend away. Rooms look neat with nice spacious rain showers and whirlpool baths. Restaurant, brasserie and bar are not of the appearance that we are used to at Vd Valk.

This is a great hotel with nice spacious rooms. Breakfast is delicious and extensive, fresh fruit, various sandwiches, salmon, eggs cooked, baked with or without bacon! The staff in the breakfast room is very young and overflowing, which is logical of course, but Vd Valk must invest in this! Just a good morning or a tasty meal does much more than a silence.
Although it is close to the road, it is surprisingly quiet, but we slept at the back. Nice spontaneous lads work at the bar.
Another point of attention ... when checking out, it is just not. Businesslike and correct, but also here I miss some friendliness. No questions about how it was, checkout and away! Unfortunately!

Although this hotel has the standard qualities of a van der Valk hotel, it is somewhat dated. We have slept 2 nights in a Royal Suite and for that money you can expect everything to be great. The dinner and breakfast were fine.

A good hotel close to Middelburg and on the other side close to Vlissingen, service very friendly and occasionally ask if everything is to your liking , the room looks good

Outside on the terrace it was nothing at van der valk ... wine was ntz or not to drink .. ordered sweet white .. got dry white .but was not true said the waiter .... with them 4 a bread board of 7.50 ... pfff good and well there was 1 sandwich on it ... but inside with the dinner it was super again ...

We arrive at half past one! There are rooms available and there is nothing to do. Yet they just let us wait until 3 pm before we can get to the room. So peaceful with Corona yet no hospitality. Never experienced with a van der falcon. This is really ridiculous. We will never come back here!

Good wine needs no wreath. Similarly for this hotel restaurant. Beautiful in design. Sufficiently spacious and beautiful rooms, also spacious meeting options. The restaurant with its menu is excellent, you can really be pampered in this Hotel Restaurant.

The room, shower and the beds were fine. Nothing to complain about, slept well and quietly. However the service was a different story, as was the lady at the counter. Assuming that she often experiences something like that, she seemed seasoned and emotionless. Booked for April 13 to 14, this went wrong right away, no confirmation. After an email and a call, a confirmation of our booking finally arrived. On arrival we are told that a booking has been made for 14 to 15 April, while we have actually booked by telephone, online booking and mail for 13 to 14 April. We have indicated and demonstrated this at the desk, is also stated in our mail.

We had to talk to a supervisor, who eventually found out that we would postpone the booking. But additional costs were added, that would be 'because it is in the system'. So again paid extra and the overnight stay moved to the correct date. Very unfortunate, why it should be that way? That is really a mystery.

Good staff. Attentive but not intrusive. Restaurant great food only I would not give an advertisement card of BP at the bill. Are customers not waiting for just spam on your computer with the terrible actions of registering under your 'unique code. They really don't do that at their gas station. Is the restaurant too good for that.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, just a tip to bring the guests to a table, there were many people with two at a four-person table, so people with three people had to eat at a two-person table.

However, the appearance of the hotel room at the "rear" leaves something to be desired.
The room was dirty, old and smelled like wet dog.
The latter is tried to mask with a slightly too pungent smell.
Which meant that the heating had to be turned off and the window opened wide.
However, the room (56) is adjacent to the kitchen, so you receive a lot of noise.
These rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul.
Furthermore, everything is well arranged at hotel Goes.

Well wanted to go there with family and an unfriendly lady from the restaurant that I had to wait more than 8 minutes called again, then she was very unfriendly and she hung up class employee. Maybe this employee should go on a refresher course.

Here our vacation was saved! After experiencing a major catastrophe with our originally booked accommodation we are very grateful to have spontaneously gotten a room in this beautiful hotel. A great room, very clean and very friendly staff!
