Upper management refuses to relocate the bike rack to the front of the building where bikes will be visible to staff. MULTIPLE bikes have been stolen. It is about an hour's work with hammer drill and expansion screws. You would think they would want their members to cycle to the gym instead of driving. People are afraid to ride to the gym now because of all the thefts. The security personnel are not a deterrent.
