Terrible service I sent a box to Honduras two months ago and nothing that has been delivered is just stories that are in customs

Terrible service, I made a shipment more than 3 months ago to El Salvador and the box has not yet arrived and their answer is that "customs has not released the cargo", it should be noted that other shipping companies that if they do their job well, have delivered your merchandise to El Salvador. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! Neither their shipping service, nor the customer service is AWFUL !! I do not know why they are still working, they should close this place.
