I love to see a family work together in a state of the art's facility to supply quality work outs for young men and women to get in shape and excel at the next level of athletic performance.

Great private gym setup. They had a bit of the old school equipment and modern equipment. Very spacious which enabled me to do many machineless exercises that were critical to my workout for that day. Very clean environment. Covid-19 sanitation protocol was in effect and enforced. There was also great visual inspiration there that were catalyst to me going hard for my workout. So that was a plus. If you are not a member under a trainer that works there, then the individual sessions at the gym will cost I believe. But still as good place to get a great and effective workout in.

For SERIOUS athletes! Equipped with the latest tech to help your player achieve elite status. Actually, there is space for different aspirations but in general, this place is for young athletes that are trying to get into a D1 school. They have custom designed equipment to hone certain types movements, current pool training, leap training and more.
