Watch out for this dr. Had a report of equivocal on a STD report for a special needs adult, asked that we come in for retesting. We immediately dropped everything and went for a culture. The next day get a call report came back negative! So thankful! Get a call over a week later that the culture came back + and I need to bring her in for tx. I am so upset and cant comprehend this. She is taken to an urgent care for retesting at another lab. Comes back negative yet again. GYN doc then reports me to APS & IDS for having a special needs adult in my care and that she has an STD. Also reported me for failure to treat! With 2 negatives and a Urgent care doc stating she has no symptoms. I took her in for a tx that I knew wasnt right. Then find out the cases were closed for unfounded complaints.

Terrible experience. First of all, every time I would go a different person was examining me each time. Never once did I have the same doctor twice. Second I went in several times before and was only charged a certain amount of money. This time I went I got a bill for $600 for all of these tests that I never asked for. The doctor did not inform me of these tests that were being done, it s a very unprofessional atmosphere. The front desk people always seem rude. Will NOT be returning to this place ever again. Highly suggest you find somewhere else. Way too expensive for such low quality treatment.

Staffing could not care less about the patients who come through their doors. Phone is taken off the hook prior to business hours being over. These people are absolutely incompetent and I am furious at the way I have been treated as a patient. Looking for a new doctor.

I have been going for about two years. I never had anyone other than the PA I see. The front office has always been friendly. I was a bit frustrated how they charged though. I wasn't aware that if you go in for an annual exam and tell them you have problem, you will get tested and charged for those tests for the problem. It is not covered all in your annual visit. It is not their fault, they have to do it for the insurance company. I do get a bit irritated how the front desk always asks me if I want to get shots as a selling gimmick. I never had anyone be rude to me. They were always professional. I had an issue and they were very thorough and helpful. It is your respinsibility as a patient to find out if the doctor you choose is in your network. You can't rely on staff to do your work for you. I will continue as a patient since I really haven't had any serious issues. I only go once or twice a year anyway. I don't know them or work for them.

Dr. Bossard is an excellent doctor. I have seen her for years. I am not sure however if she knows how bad the office and billing process is, and how unprofessional some members of her staff are. I have had multuple inaccurate billing issues in which my health insurance has had to reach out and have also been treated very unprofessional. It is unfortunate that I have to leave the practice because of these administrative issues. I don't appreciate the way that the staff adressed my situation, nor will I allow my credit to be affected by inaccurate billing.
Thank you Dr. Bossard for taking care of my health needs during these years but, I need to move on to another practice.

I went in with the intention of getting the Paragard birth control. Mentioned multiple times during my appointment that I was interested solely in non-hormonal birth control because I did not like the side effects of the pill that I was on. The nurse practitioner let me know that they would have to see if it was covered by my insurance and that the front desk would call and find out. Three weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything back, so I called my ins myself, found out it was covered, and let the office know. I got a call a week later from my pharmacy letting me know that my Mirena hormonal birth control was ready to be picked up. Confused, I called the doctors' office and let them know that a mistake had been made and that I wanted the Paraguard, not the Mirena.

After getting the issue settled, I went in for my culture and scheduled a return visit to have the device inserted. I was told that I would need to be menstruating in order for the insertion to be possible. Since this was not the case by the day of my appointment, I called to reschedule. The member of the office staff who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me after I had chosen a date for my appointment. I had to call back later in the day to make sure that the appointment had, in fact, been scheduled. Several hours after verifying the appointment, I got another call and a message about my appointment and called back to find out that the date they had agreed upon wouldn't work because it was a Friday, since they are not open on the weekend. I tried to make an appointment for the following Monday after work and was told that this also wouldn't work because the nurse practitioner who worked on Mondays was unable to insert the device.

Between the unprofessionalism and disorganization of the staff every time I call and how it has taken me several months now to even come close to getting this completed with this practice, I will be taking my device elsewhere. While I was treated kindly enough by the doctors I saw during my visits, I just feel as though they were never actively listening to my concerns about my body, and their incompetence in finding and training compassionate office staff speaks volumes.
