They canceled my appointment on me after driving an hour to get there. They told me the doctor was totally booked. There were 0 people waiting in the waiting room and there was nobody in the parking lot waiting to see the doctor as well. Not cool guys.

I read some of the other reviews that mentioned good things about Dr. Ashka Patel so I requested her and was seen by her. NOTHING BUT GOOD AND EXCELLENT things to say about my experience with her! Such a sweetheart and you can tell shes compassionate about her patients. I really just needed an urgent care to visit in the Apopka area that was in my insurance network and this place popped up in my search and they were open kinda late so figure I would give it a shot. I agree with people in that this place is RUN SOOO POORLY...very inefficient and the wait time TOOK FOREVER! Staff just seems to not care really.

I had my first appointment here today, the office was very COVID safe. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, my insurance was quite right but they helped me fix it so I could be seen. I was in the back before I could get my new patient paperwork done. I found the MA to be very professional and kind. I then saw Dr. Patel, she is great, she listened to me and gave me medication that 2 other Drs didn t. So far i feel better with the medication. I will definitely be back to see her on my follow up.

I have been going to Hunt Club medical since 2017 and very pleased. Dr. Gordon is a compassionate doctor and listens well. I have also been to Casey and Ashka, both equally qualified to handle any problems you may have. Wait times are long and getting an appointment may be 3 weeks out but it s worth the trip. Please be patient.

Today I had one of my worst medical experiences in my whole life. Dr. Michael Gordon Of Hunt Club Medical Center Was so unprofessional and abusive to me that I almost have a mental breakdown. He even medicated me without asking me for my consent. He in a very demanding way wanted me to get shots and treatments I never ask for after a while he asume a very arrogant and abusive attitude toward me. Like this was not enough, I left my phone in his office and when ask for it he denied having my phone. I left the office and miraculously they call my wife to tell me I left the phone in his office. 3 different staff personal check his office and said there where no phone in there. My wife went to pick up the phone and they refused to give it to her. This guy should not be treating anyone. Shame, shame, shame on you Mr. Gordon you are no doctor.

I made an appointment with Dr. Pinida Toochinda on Jan 12, 2021 for my eye scratch. After checking she said nothing wrong. Then I said one of my eyes is completely blurred. Then she got panic and ask me to go to an emergency visit. I said I will go to my eye doctor and then she said he is not real doctor although he is called as a doctor. Since she prescribed a medication my eye doctor didn't prescribed as it is the same and didn't want to duplicate. Hunt club receptionist kept telling me that they gonna send the prescription to the pharmacy but they haven't. Finally when we walked in they said she stopped prescribed as I went to the eye doctor. These people played with my eye. I won't recommend her.

But I highly recommend PA Ashka Patel and Nurse Shantha. They are amazing and go above and beyond to help patents. You are lucky if you have them checked in.

I do like Dr Gordon at Hunt Club Medical, however i will be looking for a new Primary Care physician. This place is run so inefficiently that you are guaranteed to spend at least an hour plus, even if you show up early for an appointment. Every
time I have had to come here, it has taken about 3 times longer than any other reasonable Drs office. They overbook so that an appointment means nothing. I will be looking for an office that is more respectful of my time. Time is money and I would already have been released by Urgent Care clinic by now. Get your stuff together!

ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THEM 5 STARS IS BECAUSE OF THE PROVIDER I SAW WHO WAS MS. ASHKA PATEL !!! She is ABSOLUTELY amazing and very thorough and did such a good job making me feel at ease, feel important, and I could just tell she genuinely cared! I only even went to this place for an urgent care visit and they are close by to my house and were open and took walk ins for urgent care so my visit was strictly out of convenience. I am highly considering to make this my primary care provider as long as I can be seen ONLY by Ms. Ashka for my visits. If I had to make a comment on the practice itself then I would say they are 2 stars at best - the place is such a cluster, so unorganized, extremely inefficient, their staff needs more training, and you can tell they don't value your business other getting you in and charged! I put up with the wait and finally was seen and Ms. Ashka made my day! I really hope she'll always be there because if she isn't then I will be changing this review to what this place is worth. I was recommended this place by a friend who told me they would be open and I could get in last minute but even that friend of mine had a poor experience as well as a poor experience with the actual provider he saw who was an asian doctor that pretty much was sitting around and made him feel like he was there to just get in and out. He did advise me to steer clear of her and I'm glad I didn't end up seeing that doctor for my finger injury.

We love the staff and Doctor Dee she is so caring and always there for her patient. Both of my kids grew up going there. And with my daughter still going there it has been a blessing. Thank you for all you do and the care you have given to my family
