Look that I have seen wineries in my life, because nothing to do with the above.
When I thought it would be another one, it has left me astonished.
Treatment, environment, art, form of storage in the cages, personalized visit, dining room respecting privacy ... etc, etc.
You have to visit it yes or yes

Excellent wines, we went without reservation and they treated us excellently with great kindness and they also gave us a little explanation of the wineries.
The visits are personalized and very cheap for what they offer.
We return without any doubt.

Visiting one of the oldest wineries in the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin is a great experience, but if it is in the conditions of Valduero, the stay becomes unforgettable.
New facilities and amazing engineering, the unbeatable location, together with tradition and expertise, make this place a fantastic and highly recommended visit for wine lovers.

Wineries with a lot of charm and with magnificent details that make it stand out. Unbeatable visit. The vineyards are located around the farm. A series of underground galleries with beautiful corners made with a lot of charm and taste.
Super recommended to visit it. The treatment of the people in the winery is fraternal. You can not ask for more.
To all this you add the incredible and magnificent wine that it has and the site deserves that ten dream.

About Valduero

Valduero: A Family-Owned Winery in the Heart of Ribera del Duero

Valduero is a family-owned winery that has been producing high-quality wines since 1984. Located in the heart of Ribera del Duero, one of Spain's most prestigious wine regions, Valduero is known for its commitment to tradition and innovation.

The winery was founded by Gregorio García Álvarez, who had a passion for wine and a deep respect for the land. He started with just a few hectares of vineyards and a small cellar, but his dedication to quality soon earned him recognition from critics and consumers alike.

Today, Valduero is run by Gregorio's daughter Yolanda García Viadero, who continues her father's legacy with the same passion and commitment. Under her leadership, Valduero has become one of the most respected wineries in Ribera del Duero.

The Vineyards

Valduero owns over 200 hectares of vineyards spread across several different plots in Ribera del Duero. The vineyards are located at altitudes ranging from 750 to 950 meters above sea level, which gives them unique characteristics that are reflected in the wines.

The soils are mostly clay-limestone with some areas of sandstone and gravel. The climate is continental with hot summers and cold winters, which creates ideal conditions for growing Tempranillo grapes – the main variety used by Valduero.

The Winemaking Process

At Valduero, traditional winemaking techniques are combined with modern technology to produce wines that reflect both tradition and innovation. The grapes are harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness and transported to the cellar where they undergo careful selection before being destemmed.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 26-28°C using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in oak barrels made from French or American oak for varying periods depending on each wine’s style before being bottled unfiltered.

The Wines

Valdueros’ range includes reds made exclusively from Tempranillo grape variety as well as whites made from Albillo grape variety grown on their estate vineyard called “El Almendro”. Their flagship wine “Valduéro Unico” has been awarded numerous accolades including gold medals at international competitions such as Decanter World Wine Awards & International Wine Challenge among others.

Other notable wines include:

- Crianza: Aged for minimum two years (12 months barrel +12 months bottle) before release
- Reserva: Aged minimum three years (18 months barrel +18 months bottle) before release
- Gran Reserva: Aged minimum five years (30 months barrel +30 months bottle) before release
- Single Vineyard Wines: Made only during exceptional vintages using grapes sourced exclusively from single estate vineyards like “La Botija”, “La Pintada” & "El Almendro"

All these wines showcase intense aromas & flavors typical of Tempranillo grape variety along with complexity derived through aging process making them perfect accompaniments to any meal or occasion.

Conclusion

In conclusion, Valdueros’ commitment towards quality can be seen throughout their entire production process - starting right from meticulous care given towards vines till bottling stage where they use only best quality corks ensuring longevity & freshness even after many years post-bottling.
Their range offers something suitable for every palate whether you prefer young fruity styles or more complex matured ones.
If you're looking for an authentic taste experience that reflects both tradition & innovation then look no further than Val du ero!
