Westin Automotive Products, Inc. Review

Bought the Westin HDX XTREME Nerf Step Bars for a Chevy 2500 HD double cab. The product did not fit my truck. The rear mounting brackets on both sides did not line up with the factory holes on the truck. You will lose the cost of shipping, and the charge a $100.00 restocking fee. Also having a hard time if I can get an answer on if the will actually accept the return do to them not having the original box. On the day of delivery, we had a rainstorm and the Fedex driver did not place under the porch and left the box exposed, the water destroyed the integrity of the box so i threw them away.

Purchased HDX wheel to wheel stainless drop step bars for 2020 Ram 2500. Great product, instructions were awful. Took over 6 hours to install. Driver side and passenger side are setup differently, but steps were installed securely. Read details carefully before purchasing. Really like the look but not sure about buying Westin again. For the price instructions should be more clear with more details.

I have ordered many aftermarket items for my trucks over the years and have had no worse experience with customer service than I have had with Westin Automotive. I am going on 4 months of one-sided communication with their customer service department to no avail. I will extend their "courteous" attention when making recommendations to my friends.

Was so simple ask for hardware since they never send it with the Running Boards and still never got it since November 2016 and it's not March 2017 wow good job guys

Great product, I've sold Westin products for over 25 years. Customer service is AWESOME at the California location!!!

Bought protraxx 4 inch bars less than 1 year ago and under warranty. Already rusting. Have sent 2 emails to them including pics over 7 days. Zero response. Will never buy their product again.

The product they offer for sale through carID doesn't even appear on their own website. When I call the customer service number I get a loop for 15 minutes until someone finally answers. Typical California company. Meaning lazily and poorly run. I'll spend my money somewhere else.
