Absolutely wonderful place! State of the art equipment and world class top talent in Dr. Hadithi!! Staff is friendly, efficient and extremely responsive!

I'm very happy to have Dr. Hadith taking care of my teeth. She is very sweet and meticulous person, specifically, taking care of the patients. I'm very lucky to have her as my dentist.

I have never experienced such professional, friendly and efficient service anywhere! I've had such a wonderful experience with General and Orthodontics dentistry both for myself, and my children. We have been coming here for long time to have a preventive and restorative care, such as cleanings, fillings, fluoride, extraction, crowns and implant. This is the best dentist group with high quality professional who will give you the best care. Dr. Deena is incredibly good at what she does. I appreciated her attention to detail and her suggestions on how to solve my dental problems. The hygienist (Katy) is Knowledgeable, friendly, kind, fun and doing a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She also inform you on every procedure she is doing every step of the way. The staff (dental assistances, and the employee at front desk) are amazing and really care about the patients and quality of work, and they make you feel welcome. I recommend their service to anyone who needs a dental care!

I've been to this facility on numerous occasions. Everytime I come the staff are pleasant with me and Dr. Hadithi is always willing to work with me. I've had bad encounters at other dental offices but I can assure you will feel right at home at this facility.

This has been our family dentist for as long as I can remember, and I'm about to be 30. We got braces here, Invisalign, and even though we have moved away from the area we still come back for cleanings. From children to elderly, they help everyone. We even have our new husbands coming here, too! Great service, wonderful with pain relief, helpful with handling insurance and offer payment plans for hefty bills, and ready to help in a pinch with emergency fixes. Would highly recommend this group for all dental care.

I had my first visit at General Dentristy today. i was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and the time the Hygenist-Carina and the Dr- Hadithi spent with me. it was a very thorough exam. X-rays and pictures were taken and everything was explained clearly. My former dentist retired and I was hesitant about finding a dentist to replace the good service I had received for many years. I am glad I discovered this practice and hope it will be a long and beneficial relationship.

It's always the same: caring, pleasant, efficient staff. Very short wait time. Easy to get to, at-the-door parking. Modern, up-to-date equipment. They take time to explain each procedure. Highly recommend! (I know this is from my last visit, but the same things are still true!)

Dr Arbabi is absolutely one of the very best dentists in the country. It is difficult to find such a talented and caring person. We will move next Spring from the DC area to Asheville, NC; however, we will continue to see Dr Arbabi and are more than willing to drive the seven hours and stay overnight for such superior and enlightened dentistry.

Not only do I get top notch service for my oral hygiene and other dental needs taken care of here, but also get to have rich conversations on international travel, art, and home care. They took care of my family starting in their offices in Vienna, VA and when I moved to Alexandria, VA, I transferred to the Springfield offices.

Dr. Hadithi and staff were all very friendly and professional. Dr. Hadithi was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Payment and explanation of the cost of the next visit was also very clear and they answered all my questions. Thank you.

I was having major dental pain during the pandemic. The doctor had me come in, handled everything so professionally, and made me feel safe. She called me several times after the procedure to make sure I was doing well!

I can't say enough great things about my dentist of 20 years, Dr. Deena Hadithi and Kathy my dental hygienist. They are both such kind caring people and it is obvious that they take great pride in their work. I totally trust their advice and recommendations and I know that they always have my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend this dental practice!

The reason I give them one star because they quoted me a price and I paid what I was quoted and now a year later they are telling me that I did not provide them with my updated insurance info. The bottom line is these people did not do their due diligence and now they expect me to pay for their negligence. I will not visit this establishment again and I will ask anyone I know to stay away from this place.

The last visit was great. They gave me back my original hygienist so they clearly check patient/client feedback and reviews.

I was in the area for a short work trip and needed to get a night guard, this was the only office that was able to squeeze me in and it was a great experience. All staff members were professional and friendly, and the doctor was extremely accommodating and understanding regarding the short turnaround. Due to the covid situation and decrease in business, the manufacturer was able to get mine done in TWO DAYS instead of the usual two weeks and had it fitted before I left. I highly recommend this office!

I've been a patient at this office since 2011 and I am thankful that I found them! They are one of the few offices that has Saturday hours, which is what brought me to them in the first place. Every employee that I have encountered there during my appointments has been very pleasant. Their office is always very clean and well kept. I also believe their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Hadithi has been my dentist; she's absolutely wonderful and does amazing work! They have always been very accommodating and helpful. Even though I have recently relocated quite a distance from Springfield, VA, plan to continue coming to them in the coming years. I recommend them to everyone!

I have been going here for years and I'm now traumatized by what I've learn this past year.
They have always been friendly and skilled, but now it appears they don't have your best interests in mind.

They have switched over to deep cleaning to charge you more money when it isn't needed. They also ask for more money months after you pay your bill in full and claim the insurance didn't cover everything. That's the first thing that made me question what kind of practice are they running.

Last time I visited them, they wanted me to get two crowns and five fillings. Now I know I don't floss enough, but that was a bit much since my teeth weren't hurting at all. They tried to get me to go through the procedures as fast as possible before I could think about it.

Thank God I told them no and I went to another dentist office for a second opinion! The other dentist took full x-rays and only found one small cavity that will need to be watched.

Avoid this place at all costs! They will drill into your healthy teeth just to make a quick buck! You will not get your teeth or your money back!!!

Dr. Deena Hadithi was Awesome! First thing, she anesthetize my eleven year old grand daughter without her making one sound, than she extracted her tooth faster than I could complete the paperwork. Done. No tears, No blood, No Pain. The office staff is Absolutely phenomenal very personal and professional. This is the only dentistry I have visited and not felt anxiety. GREAT DENTIST. and Hail to the Ortho Dept, Dr. Alan Savage, knows his stuff.

I felt compelled to write this review today to recognize this fantastic practice. Dr. Hadithi has always been superb but it's the front-office that really makes the office stand out as a top provider in the area. I've lived in northern Virginia nearly my entire life and have visited several practices throughout the years, but since beginning my journey with GD&O (going on 3 years in January), I've never looked back. I trust the team whole heartedly to handle any issue I can throw at them no matter how complex. I'm not only referring to dental procedures but all of my insurance needs as well. I switched jobs not too long ago and one of my considerations when selecting my new employer was ensuring that the dental insurance would allow me to continue going to GD&O. And once my new insurance went active, both Ruby and Vanessa were meticulous in their explanations of all my benefits and coverage (even better than my own HR lady). Ruby is very nice and always takes the time greet me with a smile and a hello (even when she is busy on the non-stop ringing phones). Vanessa has an incredible grasp of the dental field and the incredible complexity around the billing of procedures and still manages to have the most pleasant interactions I've ever seen from any dental or medical staff. Nobody has ever taken the time to really research insurance issues and then to go even further and schedule time to walk me through and explain everything in terms I could understand. This hasn't just been the case with issues I've had, but just a regular practice for any of my routine procedures over the years. I can tell you I've had some pretty bad experiences with staff and office management at other offices, and Vanessa and the team at GD&O will make you want to forget about every other dentist you've ever visited in your lifetime.

Oh yeah, the hygenists there are great as well. Always very gentle, caring and friendly.

Lastly, the office is IMMACULATE. Very clean, with beautiful decor and, every single visit, there are fresh flowers on the counter that liven up the room and smell great. A very relaxing experience for anybody who gets nervous visiting the dentist.

To sum up, great place, beautiful personalities. LOVE this place!

Excellent dentist. I been going here for over 4 years for routine cleanings and the staff has always been very friendly/ always on time. I recently needed to get two fillings (it s been over 15 years since I had a filling! ) and I didn t know what to expect. They walked me through the procedure and in 30 minutes I had two fillings done. Not once did it hurt during the procedure but even afterwards I didn t have any pain at all. I would highly recommend going here!

Updated review:
When I came in in February for my normal cleaning, I made the dentist aware that I was feeling pressure in my gum above a tooth that I had a root canal done on and an apicoectomy about 15 years ago. They performed and X-ray and said that everything looked fine. A month ago I felt like I still had pain above that tooth and took it upon myself to refer myself to an Endodontist. Come to find out- you need to perform a CT scan to see an infection NOT an X-ray. Turns out I did have an infection and needed to undergo another apicoectomy which I had completed on Monday (7/20).

I feel as if this office should have let me know the X-ray wouldn t show the issue/ should have referred me to another dentist for a second opinion. Here I lived with an infection 5 months longer than I should have. Needless to say I am finding a new dentist.

Everyone here from the receptionist to the doctors is so nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and cared for. They take their time with everything they do to ensure a good job is done. You always know what is going on and what exactly they are doing. They re also very accommodating to all your needs. I think it s a great office overall

I did my implant and cleaning. The doctors are experienced . This place was excellent. The customer service was amazing. The operation was outstanding. I strongly suggest this place to anyone who needs a dentist. The doctorS and everyone else was so nice.

Service is great. Now that we got that out of the way, they wanted to charge me for a service that I had already paid. I broke my tooth and had them fill the gap, they also offered doing a deep clean, which I agreed to, in total it was about $700 without insurance. The dentist told me that it would be better if I waited until they take my braces off to complete the cleaning. I agreed and we promptly set up a date after they removed my braces, which, for personal reasons, I couldn't end up going. They later called me asking If I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning, I reminded them that I still haven't gotten my deep cleaning treatment done. They said that it didn't appear in their system and I had to pay for the new treatment. So I won't be getting my treatment finished even though ITS ALREADY PAID FOR they still have the balls to say that I have to pay for a new treatment of lower quality. Needless to say I wont be visiting this place again.

I love them! I worked here for 5+ years and even after parting ways, I still always return for my regular check ups and cleanings. Additionally, I still refer all my family and friends to Dr. Hadithi. I trust her, value her dental opinion and enjoy any chance I get to see her and the team. Always a warm and friendly experience that any patient would be lucky to experience!

They have improved in their customer relationship quite a bit. they still have a long way to go to be up to date with the kind of customer service this generation needs. I have been going to them for the pass 15 years. Dr Deena is very Knowledgeable.
I took a late appt because I didn't want to sit for an hour or more in the waiting room. Over all if you have the funds they are a good dental office.

My husband and I have been going to General Dentistry and Orthodontics for 17 years because of Deena Hadithi. She and her staff are excellent. They are efficient, friendly, professional and caring.

Doctor Hadithi is very experienced and knows how to deal with her patients needs. This rating is for the staff that are sitting in the front desk texting on their phones and have no respect for Doctor Hadithi's patients. This was my first time visiting after their move to the new facility and it would probably be my last. I am not sure exactly what went wrong, I am sure it has something to do with the management. If the staff at this facility don't change their attitude toward customers, the management will have a long list of unhappy customers to deal in the near future.

I had seen both drs: Dr. Hadithi and Dr. Arbabi and I can't tell which one is better. I am usually afraid of dentists but not in this office. Prices are reasonable and they really care about their patients. Love the office. Very thankful for taking care of my teeth.

Kind of long of a review, because of my shock.

Please BEWARE!

I went in for fixing 2 fillings "Dr." Deena did, but before replacing the filling on the first, she started drilling into a molar tooth next to it even though it was perfectly fine. Now the previously perfectly fine tooth has a hole which I can easily feel with the tip of my tongue. Also, it is starting to hurt, only a few days after seeing her. Why would a dentist drill a hole on a good tooth and leave it like that? It was no accident, trust me.

She has previously refused to give me regular cleaning and insisted I get deep cleaning. I agreed to it because I hadn't had deep cleaning in a while. The problem with this is that I was charged for deep cleaning yet got a regular cleaning as if I've never seen a dentist or hygienist before her.

When she drilled into it, I was so shocked I had a hard time believing she was doing anything wrong and just hoped she moves to the right tooth and fixes that filling she originally placed to begin with. I was already in so much pain because of that filling and it was really all I cared about, up until a couple of days after I last saw her, when the tooth she messed with started hurting for the first time in my life. That's when I noticed that there is actually a hole now and then it clicked.

She drilled a hole in a good tooth so she can charge me for fixing it next time I go. Also, she simply told me she won't fix the other filling along with the first filling at the same time...I mean who cares, she's not the one in pain, right? Just wow!

I have not met 1 doctor throughout my whole life who jeopardizes their patient's health for profit...until I met her.

My poor mom recommended her to me because they both speak the same language, but eventually realized that she tries to play her too.

A dentist with zero conscious and regard for patients' health. If she just asked me for the money, I would have given it to her just like I did with that fake deep cleaning. But to put me in pain so I can come back and pay you for you to take it away? WOW!!!

Now I'll have to see a real dentist and lay out of pocket to fix the filling in the second tooth, and to fill that tooth she made a hole in.

Come to think of it, did I really need all of those fillings from her to begin with...?

Awful experience!
They cheat and they are focused only on your wallet. There is a huge difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning and they thought that i won t notice what exactly they do. They just try to fool theirs patients (especially new patient) either they expect that no one will complain on them (i will, to ADA etc). Front desk needs to be more knowledgeable, hygienist either more experienced either fearless and the manager more professional... called me honey .

This place is in a great location right off 395, 495, and 95, and is very easy to get to. All of the staff have been extremely nice to me during my visits here. They are also gentle while working on your teeth, and ensure you are comfortable before beginning work.
