They don't have refund, only exchange

The sales clerk mentioned that many customers were complaining about this, yet we need the ministry of commerce to change this system and this will make customers happy to deal with big brands like Saks or others!
Customer service is always too notch. The designer selection is always there.
I almost visit Saks once a week, every Friday. I enjoy shopping at Saks due to the variety of brands. Anything you buy from Saks you could alter at free of charge, even a tshirt. There sale is great and they usually inform you ahead so that you go on time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, mostly locals. I highly recommend shopping there.

A member of your staff named Saida helped me greatly in an import decision for me in choosing a dress. I have walked around many stores many times confused of what dress to buy and most likely I would have walked out of the store again without a dress was it not for Saida.

The staff from philippines are not in the mood to work and throw blames on other staff. Other than that, they will stop helping you before finishing what you asked for and go treat other customers!
