I was able to take in our vacuum and get it serviced while I waited. I would highly recommend this business! I'll be back to purchase another RR vacuum soon.
We dropped our dyson vacuum off here over 3 weeks ago to hopefully get fixed, paying a $30 diagnostic fee. After not hearing back we have called a few times and each time we hear "the technician hasn't gotten a chance to look at it yet." Do not give these guys your business, as you will pay $30 to never see your vacuum again.

Make sure you do price comparisons. They tried to charge me over double on a carpet cleaner. I purchased the same make and model at another store for less than 1/2 the price they were trying to sale. Plus a 5 yr warranty. They do a good job cleaning and repairing but very over priced. Will NEVER use again.
I took an expensive vacuum for repair told me he wanted the price of the vacuum to fix it so I said I would take it home, he wanted $300. To cover the price of looking at it. I will never ever go back.

Just went in to get a bissle belt for my carpet cleaner and Don knew what belt I needed before he saw the part! I was so excited, in and out in literally a minute. Yay!!!!
I went in to have a Dyson stick vacuum fixed and left with a wonderful way more powerful Simplicity stick vacuum at a great price. I was able to demo it and saw how everything worked. Great customer service and they even sent in my warranty. Wow. I ll be coming back to Don s.
After visiting the Vacuum Exchange 1/2 block away and being totally and utterly disgusted by not only their store, but by them putting down the competitors personally, I left and went to Don's. I told them about the experience at Vacuum Exchange and they said NOTHING bad about them. It was a breath of fresh air!
Don's treated me right, sold me the right product at the right price! I will NEVER do business with anybody else!
took my hose, wand and beater brush of my central vac to get fixed. Paid $30.00 deposit, over three weeks later told it was fixed and ready. Picked it up (they had to look for MY HOSE) and paid $118.?? more. Went to vacuum the house and the parts didn't even fit together. Took it back (they didn't seem surprised) was told they would fix it! A few days later was called and told they couldn't find the part they needed because it was older. Picked it all up again and was told they could sell me a used hose they could make fit for $118.00. or buy a whole NEW EXTENSION which would cost 600 to 700 dollars. No refund was offered of any kind or toward the used hose.
Took everything to vacuum exchange on the corner of 32nd and Washington(where I should have gone from the beginning). Told them my problem, they were able to fix it and the cost was only $25.00!!!

Had what I needed. Replaced a Rainbow vac belt and a filter for another vac.
We moved into our current home about 9 months ago. It has a central vacuum but the vacuum needed some work so I took it to Dons Vacuum Villa. I was treated with kindness and patience. They answered my questions and explained things well. They told me that they could make my current central vacuum work but I wanted something different because I didn t have all the attachments for the vacuum and I really wanted the stair attachment. Also my central vacuum was well used and I wanted an update. I traded in my old central vacuum and purchased a new model with the attachments. I took it home and it works great! I highly recommend Dons Vacuum Villa. In my experience they dealt honestly with me and were pleasant and helpful!
We had a terrible experience with Keith the owner of Don's Vacuum villa. We paid half of the quote up front with cash. A couple weeks later he was supposed to install our central vac system, the fist day he was supposed to be here he canceled because of a "home show type event" aka a booth at the fairgrounds, then the rescheduled date he showed up late around 10 am and didn't leave our house until about 8 pm. The job was not completed in those 10 hours and so he needed to come back. He did come back about 3-4 months later, showed up late AGAIN and stayed late AGAIN. We then got a bill from him that was MUCH higher then the original estimate he gave us, after much discussion/arguments we paid what we were quoted to include additional materials that were needed for the job. To top it off, he had one of his employees calling bugging us about the final payment within a week of the job being completed...umm hello you took how many months to install my system and then you have the nerve to call me about final payment....wow top notch on the customer service, way to go Don's! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get a central vac system installed.
Off the chart! Professional and friendly, Don's knows what sucks and what doesn't. I was planning on dropping off our vac for service and it was serviced on the spot! I was almost in shock.

I called to simply ask about a older vaccum I had to inquire about belts for it. They promptly found out and called back with the answer. Very pleasant and patient when I wasn't sure what type of belt it was and helped me figure it out. Very good price and great staff!

I had to get 2 belts for my vacuum.Luckily they even had them in stock & was nice enough to put it on for my first time there.Love the variety of Organic Sents to put in your vacuum.You can smell them b4 you buy them.
The worst service center that I have ever encountered. Dropped off my vacuum covered under warranty 5 weeks ago and still waiting for my repaired vacuum; although they filed the claim for the warranty almost 2 weeks ago. Different story every time we call. In this day and age does it take 5 weeks for an ordered part to come in? I don't think so. Been paid for the repair by Dyson so they will let it sit until they feel like getting around to it. If I could rate negative stars, I would.

Keith helped us out when we had burned through a Dyson, Hoover and Riccar (that was pretty good) and we ended up with two Sebo x4s that work extremely well and my wife loves (as much as you can love a vacuum). Really appreciated the help, expertise and demonstrations. Their prices are fair and honest. Definitely check out a Sebo before buying anything else!

We have purchased three vacuums from Don s vacuum villa, we have two homes and two dogs and these vacuums get used to the max. My favorite vacuum is our central Vac installed by Keith, wow I will never go without this vacuum again! It was installed fast and professionally in our newly built home, I like a really clean house and I couldn t do it without my trusty central! 2nd & 3rd are our portables for our other homes, they are both bagged vacuums and really get the job done, especially with our shedding dogs! Even when I need a good clean and belt repair Dons Vacuum villa gives me a lender so I don t ever have to go without. Above all that they offer amazing customer service and make you feel like your business is important no matter what you re purchasing! I highly recommend this company!

I was able to find a belt to fit my vacuum. I couldn't find at any normal store. Also was low cost and the person that worked there helped me out and was vary nice thank you!

We were recommended by some friends and we can see why. We had nothing shy of perfect service. Keith was more than helpful with fixing our old vacuum and sending us with a loaner. They have a huge selection of vacuums and other cleaning supplies.
WON"T EVER GO THERE AGAIN!
Recently we took or Riccar vacuum, initially purchased at Don's Vacuum Villa, in for repair there paying a $30 non-refundable (as it turned out) diagnostic charge, after sucking up a small pebble while vacuuming. After not hearing from Don's for about 2 weeks I stopped to see what they'd found only to learn they hadn't even looked at it, and responded by saying I shouldn't be in so much of a hurry. About a week later we received a call informing that the service department had diagnosed the cause as extreme overuse/abuse and that the vacuum was so seriously damaged that its internal parts had literally melted together, and that the cost to repair same would amount to $230.00 plus tax. When I mentioned intent to check with another vacuum business a few blocks away (Vacuum Exchange), I was cautioned that Vacuum Villa was the only source for Riccar parts and that going elsewhere for another bid was a bad idea. As it turned out I learned that parent company Tacony (in Missouri) actually manufactures identical vacuums that retail under the names Riccar and Simplicity, and that Tacony uses like parts to make the same vacuums that are in turn re-labeled as either Riccar or Simplicity. While I'm confident the folks at Don's know that, I'm just as confident they hoped that I wouldn't. After recovering my Riccar from Don's I took it to Vacuum Exchange (a Simplicity dealer) where they diagnosed the problem immediately, found no melted parts and quoted a prompt repair totally $93.83. Our experience outlined above, while being our final with Don's was not the first less than satisfactory experience there. One of our Riccars' first problems dealt with handle release/locking mechanism. Don's took as I remember three attempts to fix the locking mechanism. We felt like maybe rating Don's as a half-star business but didn't have the option in this case. Next time we have vacuum needs we'll be sure to travel half a block further to Vacuum Exchange. I came in with past experience exclusively using Dyson products and loving them. But I was looking into purchasing a Miele canister based on some reviews online. Keith spent a lot of time explaining pros and cons of a many product lines, and now I'm going in an entirely different direction (Sebo). I'm so glad I came in for some thoughtful advice and hands-on experience. Thanks so much guys.
