Although it is winter, the Botanical Garden is worth a visit. The greenhouses are exciting and the dissemination is really good. In the dome there is a view tower so you can see the plants from above, while butterflies swarm around one.

Beautiful place! Compared with the Copenhagen botanical garden, this one is much bigger and has more interesting spots... Perfect to go with kids!

Wonderful and rich botanical garden with different climate zones. Free entry and you could bring your lunch and eat at the dining spots there.

Have been coming here since I was a kid. Love the greenhouses especially on a cold day. And after the redevelopment there is now the finest cafe with very reasonable prices and plenty of space. Also a nice place after a walk in the park.

Super nice here. What also amazed me was that you didn't have to pay admission. Since it is really teeming with admission to Aahus. Very friendly staff regarding some of my questions. I found it to be very neat and coherent. There is also a coffee with an integrated outdoor terrace.
The highlight of what is waiting in the Troppenhaus is the observation tower in the middle, right up to the dome. This view is really unique. The tower is beautifully ingrown and super integrated into the green.
The outdoor area is very beautiful and just blooming in May. It invites you to linger and relax.

It is humid, it is warm, it is green and it is peaceful! Makes you feel like you're in the nature. I enjoy most coming here during winter when everything is too grey and dark outside. The caffee in there is quite good too, with good prices.

Excellent place to see exotic plants in full size :) My boyfriend was a huge fan of the birds of paradise. Big plus that entree is free and the hot cocoa we had in the cafeteria was really good.
