While it's understandable the doctors offis closed, the place to pick up glasses could split lunches. Instead, you have to take extra time off from work to get your glasses, since they are not open during the mormal lunch hour (12-1) when people are free to run errands.

Dr. DeWitt and her staff are wonderful! Both my daughters got contacts for the first time and they were so great with them! Andrea and Mary were super patient even though one of my girls was having a lot of trouble learning to put in and take them out. They didn't rush her and they were so encouraging. I have been going to Clovis Vision Associates for years for my eye exams. I enjoy going there because the employees are so friendly and extremely helpful when I have questions. Dr. Willmon is an excellent doctor and always takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. I would not change optometrists for anything.
Dr. DeWitt was kind and very thorough. My husband and I were new patients and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff and Dr. DeWitt.

Had an eye exam done one week ago at a different location and to get a contact prescription they require you to do both an eye exam from them and their own contact prescription. Shady location would not recommend.

Haven't had an eye exam since I was six years old so now at 51 was a little nervous about it. I didn't feel I needed glasses but after my heart attack my doctor advised to go get checked. I was pleasantly please I don't need glasses. The staff was awesome and very professional and courteous. I appreciate their understanding and professionalism. Will surely recommend Clovis Vision to all my friends and family.
Dr. Willmon is great. Wait time has always been no more than 15-20 minutes. I m always in and out. He is very polite and listens to every concern.
I saw Dr. Willmon post-quarantine and I was very impressed with how safe and clean the office is and the precautions they take. Every patient and member of staff must wear a mask, and every patient has their temperature taken. It must be hard to operate a business during a pandemic where your face has to be in another person's face, but they take every precaution and made me feel safe.
As far as the eye exam went, I had a morning appointment, so the wait to be seen was short. All the staff were friendly and professional and the doctor was very competent and smart. He answered questions I had and corrected a misperception l had. Highly recommend.
If you have Tricare make sure they run your insurance prior to service. They will see you without this check and could end with you paying the bill. Poor business practices.

Dr. Willmon along with everyone in this place went above the average with their care and service. From the blood pressure check, eye measurements, to a thorough explanation of the exam and my options, they took really great care of me. This week was my first time there and I am so happy I went!
Also, I'm glad they are in VSP's network, which was a financial plus.
Overall, I am beyond happy that my eyes are in great care!
The ran the insurance the day before and it came back as east but In stead of calling me so we could get it fixed they did nothing and said nothing till I checked in after I pulled my daughter out of school and picked up my son early. They have no regard for time of patients when this could have been corrected.
Staff was friendly and the Optometrist took his time with our family. Tricare is accepted here for Mil families.
Finally! I found blue metal frames in a larger size! Actually, I didn't find them, I found Clovis Vision Center. I told the customer service rep what I was looking for and she selected and suggested the perfect pair. They were the only pair that I tried on and I love them. The price was about $100 less than I'm used to paying as well. Also, she didn't give me a big sales speel, so I don't know what type of lenses, etc, but they darken up more than most in the sun. I'm very pleased. It all took about 20 minutes to order. They got them back to me in two weeks and that was with the Thanksgiving Holiday. I'm very pleased with the whole experience!
Always good service, and Dr Dewitt goes above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are correct. Helped us figure out insurance, and got us squared away quickly. Schedule early! They re so good that the wait for an appointment can be a bit!

I like the staff and the Doctor. I feel I am getting their full attention when my turn comes. They stay up on new technology that safe time on my side and gives them a better view of the eyes. I would recommend, definitely.
