I went in winter. So I couldn't enjoy it much. A place with clean air in the center of the city.

"My" backyard, beautiful, versatile, the grass must be walked on, streams, ducks, ponds, mill, plants, trees, flowers, the old town, benches, botanical greenhouse, paths, in short everything. And the garden is "back" for various events such as summer movies, concerts, services, St. Hans evening and more. And horse-drawn carriages run tours from the Old Town.

Representative nursery of the vegetation of different latitudes of the globe. Worth it. It's very hot, keep in mind, and it's free. There is a cafeteria.

Love the botanical garden. all year. But especially in the summer, it's the place to be.

Try to get inside the dome. It's free but the place is still very nice. There are butterflies flying around like you were in a real tropical forest. I like the way they arrange the space into different continents/countries as well. It's quite a nice place for kids to explore. The garden outside is also very very beautiful. In the summer, there are a lot of young people and families gathering here.

Beautiful place with good atmosphere, a great experience for the whole family. It is wonderfully warm inside the greenhouses all year round and you can buy one for us and enjoy before or after you are enriched with knowledge about plants from different parts of the world.

Being surrounded by hundreds of butterflies of different species, surrounded by tropical greenery has been a fantastic experience.

The greenhouses are a good initiative for those who are interested in nature - Aarhus or outside.
A small museum / greenhouse hybrid, which is a free extra stop on your walk in the Botanical Garden, or your visit to the Old Town.
There are also toilets, a small gift shop and a restaurant / ice cream parlor, which with its location near both the Old Town and Botanical Garden helps to make the area one of the best informal experiences in Aarhus C - whether you live in Aarhus or is tourist.

It is a good place to spend time. Leisure time with friends and family has been very good for a walk. You can organize a picnic.
