Beautiful campus..great bookstore with good customer service.

Great campus, has a lot of places to get some food to eat.

One of the best and the largest university in Jamaica.

Great landscaping; world class medical faculty; varied fruit trees

Awful university, all doctors that come out of there are incompetent.

The process to get anything done takes hours, with no clear indication as to what the next step is too proceed with whatever needs to be done

Very slow in getting results. But once you are on the ward, you will be attended to

UWI Mona is undoubtedly the BEST place in Jamaica to call home! The best place to learn! the best place to develop your character! THE ONLY PLACE TO SHINE!!! I Love my school and I embrace the Pelican within me!

Great customer service from nurses from antenatal clinic to admission to labour to delivery except one rotten egg ....doctors are funtastic, food need great improvement...costs for ward can be reduced.
Would also like to big up the the team of docs and nurses that performed my C section Aug 5, 2020 12pm esp the surgeon, Peter I think his name is, he took the time to get acquainted with both baby and I before the surgery. He asked her name and spoke with her before and during the surgery addressing her by her name, how wonderful This might sound weird but it was fun in the room, esp when the full procedure was completed when they all celebrated for a successful delivery and in a good time frame

At this time, there are not a lot of patients, however, wait times can still be long due to increased measures for social distancing.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I have called the examinations department literally 10 times and I'm yet to get a answer. When I try to call other departments there is still no answer, such a huge institution with so much funding yet still they have such poor customer service? Unacceptable!

Some tutors and lecturers try their best to help you understand the course outline and focus on the stuff you need to know. However some are just collecting the salary without doing anything at all. Also some of the infrastructure are rather old or out dated and needs to be renewed. Nonetheless UWI is the best place to get an education for the theoretical career field.

I have visted the University of the West Indies to get an experience of what is like to be there. There are things i like. Things i Likes is the that they are many different building on campus including kfc, ncb, uwi bookshop etc.. The place is bigger the University of technology in size.

The best University in the Caribbean. The Mona campus is simply amazing, all the amenities that you could possibly need. They offer all rounded education, that young adults can take throughout life.

The hall activities & events provide many ways for students to get involved with various initiatives.

Excellent University but could do with more research funding

This was shown to the manger who made a lot of argument, didn't wanted to compensate but took the food and wouldn't give it back and only returned the money the receipt was also on the box, so now I am feeling sick and Will have to go to my doctor, because I'm having dihheoria

The campus is beautiful, I can says and similar to others college campus in NYC.

What can I say.
Personally, i am not and was never a Student or Faculty but I have been a visitor.
I have dropped off and picked up persons ocassionally on campus.
A very huge campus at that and each time I visit I learnt of a new place/area, building, department etc...
On my next visit I will be sure to take some pictures.

Most lecturers want u to fail.... Learning has turned a business not a pleasure.

Stop having late classes for full time students....this should be reserved for persons doing part time programme.....start considering students safety!
