Great place, the movie hall are great specially the cozy seats.

Been for the first time after the renovation / takeover and for the first time I have been able to sit comfortably throughout the film. What a pity that the film was not sharp in the 3D film and that the entire screen was not used. You will also lose around 10 euros for 2 drinks (spa red and double drink).

How ridiculously expensive has that become. So exaggerated. Those empty halls don't surprise me. Not only the tickets, but also the food and drink is outrageously expensive. Unfortunately!!

Spacious large halls. Too bad if you have a walking disability that you still have to go down stairs. While they say you can take the elevator.

Personally, I have never been a big fan of watching movies, but Kinepolis has managed to make movies in the cinema a fun and sometimes unforgettable experience. Comfortable seats, excellent food / drinks and, depending on the film and what you have for it, reasonable prices. Unfortunately there is not too much choice of food / drinks, but with the central location, getting something elsewhere after the film is no problem at all.

Great cinema, many halls and spacious. Already 3 times rebuilt I believe but the stairs to the top remains a drama and the men's toilets I have never seen clean or all working. Always mess and gross and over paper. You could think better.

I went to the MEIDEN evening and we had 8 tickets but 1tje didn't come and we had returned 1 ticket and we didn't get a refund really bad slecht

Fine Cinema. Prices of snacks and drinks are a bit high. But that's in every cinema.

Nice nice sitting cinema. Toilet's are outdated and VIES. especially in the women's toilets, the toilet seats are soaked with urine where brown edges have formed. very dirty for that matter.

Very comfortable seats and nice selection. Cinema is beautiful and modern. Too bad it is so expensive nowadays to go to the movies otherwise I would go more often. Large popcorn costs 5 euros but tasty. They are sweet and salty.

Normally friendly staff. Good selection of movies. Good selection of snacks. Sometimes the queue is really long so make sure you give yourself additional time if you are wanting snacks or drinks

Good rooms, even the smallest room is treated as the largest room. Staff is great. Received money back when I wanted to cancel a reservation. Also a very nice building.

Hate the stairs, The movie calendar is good, Most of the popular movies they are showing

Good place to go. You can't expect much like IMAX but it's a nice experience. Only down part is they check your bags like in an airport sometimes

On a Wednesday morning I went to film with my daughter. There were a total of 9 people in the room, since it was so quiet we sat on the seats that are more luxurious than the rest. With the thought as a hall with 380 seats, but 9 seats occupied, it does not really matter where you are.
On which soon an employee came to us that we could only sit here if we had paid extra for this (something nobody had done). Mr. was very principled and gave the "strong" argument that you can not travel first class on a second class ticket in the train. Very black and white seen this gentleman right ... but lacks the customer-friendliness and commercial insight that could have provided an improved customer experience without the cinema would actually become poorer.
I understand that there is a policy, but more customer-friendly and more commercial (especially if you beat 30 euros for 2 tickets, a bucket of popcorn and an iced tea) is to say to these 9 people in the hall "just sit where you want". It might even be smarter to put this group of 9 in one row in order to clean instead of spread through the room. Then you only have to clean one row instead of the brilliant action to divide this group of 9 people into 4 rows .....
Is the room well filled and there are people who have already paid for more expensive chairs then I understand very well that you do not sit in such a place. I think you can be flexible with your policy if the situation lends itself to this, I will certainly take this customer experience with me when I choose a movie theater again. For the train I have to go with the NS, but for the bios I can happily take alternatives than the Kinepolis.

Glad they are open again. Less is that you can pay with nothing in cash.

Beautiful cinema, just renovated and during the renovation paid attention to the appearance with an eye for luxury and comfort!

Staff very friendly, among other things and very nice woman who mainly works during the day on weekdays!

A lot has changed since the renovation. Lounge places have come, breaks during the movie deleted if they only adjust the volume now I would be happy.

Theater is great, sound is great, movie quality is great, MOST of the staff is great, but if you happen to go on a Saturday evening and you see a ginger guy with an Amish beard walk around, skip this guy to ask a question to, rude, unprofessional and unfit to be working in the service industry.

Food and drinks are overpriced, maybe even moreso than you'd expect from a cinema (3,90 for a beer i.e.)

Very large screens allowing the film from any place is very good to see. Good range of food and drinks. The only downside to this cinema for me personally is the lack of break during the movie.

Dramatic experience. I've been there with my best friend's daughter and boyfriend. You can legitimize with an OV Chip card and bank card, but this is difficult to do. Thank you Kinepolis for this dramatic experience. I'm just going to Pathe next time.

Shame about the tricky staircase. If you want / need to take the elevator, someone has to walk behind the counter with a key.

Even for people outside the city, this cinema often nicer and cozier than those in their own city. Also a large selection and many rooms.
