the holiday was excellent. excellent animation. all positive. deserves to return.

It was our first stay in Egypt, so we do not have a comparison scale. What we liked: 1) location - away from cities, close to the sandy beach (with deckchairs separated by screens), where there is a beautiful reef, 2) no night, noisy events, 3) service, 4) not too big hotel, located on small area
On the downside: 1) reception - at the check-in we had a superior room in the promotion, we got the usual, although the reservation was clearly written. We did not want to change, because the room we got was on the ground floor and next to the restaurant, which suited us very much. Also helpful was Ramadan (the gentleman cleaning the rooms in this part of the hotel). Greetings to him. 2) Monotonous meals.

With many comfortable bungalows with private terrace, nice staff and a lot of activities you can do such as snorkeling in coral reefs, quad tour in the Sahara, horseback riding on the beach on camels or horses ... It is a nice hotel for simple demands, child-friendly and clean.
The dishes are mixed, so Egyptian and European, so there should be something for every taste. The selection is enormous and already very extensive.
The absolute hammer and certainly a unique selling point is the house reef that can also be reached from the sandy beach.

Great stay. A week of relaxation with excellent cuisine, entertainment conducted very well by very nice and friendly guys. Staff always available and respectful. Very beautiful beach and direct access to the sea greatly improves the quality. Nice hotel environment, great staff, wonderful sea and corals! The hotel is rather average (worn out furniture, noisy air conditioning and outdoor aggregate, little varied food - something excellent, something really not much, drinks including warm beer ...). Yet the holiday here is excellent and relaxing. I recommend less demanding travelers mainly due to super employees and beautiful sea.

Do not go for the buffet or the surroundings :) The house reef is worth the trip alone!

We stayed a week in December with inclusive formula to guests of the Veraclub. The structure is new and very well equipped with two swimming pools, four restaurants, although I highly recommend the restaurant of the veraclub where you can eat very well. The rooms of the new area is spacious if decorated in a minimalist way: a chair in the room would not be useless. It should be noted that WiFi is paid or it is free only in the reception area. Utopia Beach Club three weeks holiday in July 2019. Despite all the critics, we had a magical holiday and were very satisfied.

Service-Very nice, non-imposing what is welcome by us. Nobody bothers you in shops like in other hotels. The lobby and the cafeteria are a total surprise - climate !!!!!!!! .Even in the 5 star El Malikia it was not. Everything served in glass - plus Nice service.
Bar in the water - small and constantly crowded by the same regulars for several hours, which suggests that they do not take care of their physiological needs outside. It is difficult to get a drink for yourself or a child. Swimming pool ok all day sunbeds.

Food
Compared to El Malikia and e.g. Elphistone is a fairy tale. Tasty seasoned soups. Tasty beef and chicken. Not so tiny pieces, only everyone wants and as much as they want. not like other hotels only burgers.

There are still almost no Poles. Only one family with children.
Evening entertainment - much richer than in hotels which I compared the animators run it differently. much better .
The stage is displayed at the tables in the sunset bar, so you can watch the tables at the tables and not on the stairs.
For drinkers :) they serve drinks in 250 ml glasses and not 100 ml disposable as in other hotels. Beer only from a bottle !!
Overall: a big plus for the Utopia Management Board for a well-chosen team of employees. Nobody imposes itself and everyone is helpful.

We were 1 week in Utopia Beach Club. The rooms are clean, the food is very good. And most important: we are met with so much kindness and helpfulness. We definitely go back and can only recommend it

The room and the hotel area has everything you need. Fitness center will open the next days. The diving school and the house reef are a dream. Only the food was partly not ours. The service is great too. There is always a contact person (Ali) at the meal the good German can.

Perfect for relaxing.

After a break of 2 years back on site (February 2019) and had to realize, a lot has been done, within the area was much renewed and you just feel a lot better than before.

Great structure and great food in addition to the spectacular place! We stayed from November 23rd to November 30th 2019 and it seems only right to mention the entertainers who made the stay truly unforgettable: Riccardo, Alessandro, Sara, Chiara, Raffaella, Angelo and the dj Alessandoche were kind and hospitable always available on the piece with pleasant and never intrusive activities!
