Utility Connect is a great company!! Vincent Barrera is the man!!
I had the pleasure to speak with Vincent on Thursday, April 7th. My experience with Vincent was amazing! He made the experience easy, understanding and personable. When I say I love everything about his customer service, expertise and advice was greatly appreciated. My son lives in the Dallas area and me as a "MOM" in another state I was completely lost. Therefore, when I called utility connect Vincent became my guardian angel. By the way, my son and Vincent share the same birthday which means it was a "TRUE BLESSING." He made sure I had the best rates for my son electric and renter's insurance. Also, today (April 8th) I received a follow-up call from Vincent. Most companies don't do follow-up calls its usually the customer calling back. But NOT Vincent he made sure I received my call today from my renter's agent. Vincent definitely took away the stress. Whenever I need any help Vincent will be my go to guy. Please keep up the good work because utility connect "ROCKS." I'm one happy and proud mom!
