Just renewed our business electricity supply contract. Paul Kay was very helpful and professional and helped us secure a good rate on a three year fixed with our existing supplier so we didn't even need to switch which made it easier.

Contacted the company as electricity contract was due for renewal and tried to see if they could get me a better deal, which they managed, hooray! Spoke with a gentleman called Paul Kay, who answered all of my questions and explained things very clearly. So far so good. Feel very happy that I have a good point of contact on the phone for any problems that may, but hopefully won't occur!! Thanks Paul.

Complete waste of time. Had 10 new build units who all agreed to sign up to the same deal on the promise we would get a custom quote which would be market leading.

2 months it took for Utility Bidder to get our meter registered and even then it was incorrectly registered and now the developers are being threatened with legal action!

Finally got a proposal for rates which are higher than we could have got 2 months ago and more expensive than we can get for a single unit going directly.

What an unnecessary headache. Now have to go back to 10 other units and apologise for wasting their time.

Complete and utter time wasters! Wasted 1 and a half weeks of my time and then told me that the agreed rates were no longer available due to Paul losing the call recording and then him taking forever submitting it to British gas lite. Paul constantly bombardes me with calls to take out electricity with themselves through British gas lite then made a complete mess of it. Due to these time wasters I lost my price with other suppliers due to the lapsed time. Their team leader couldn't even do anything to resolve it as he was too busy making excuses. Good job I had the call recordings saved to play to him to prove him wrong. Avoid these guys! Bunch of cowboys and nuisance callers that can't even get the job done.
To top it off their completes department is none existent as they were too busy to speak to me. I think they made a mistake with the rates and then tried to bluff their way out of it. Good job I have the recordings!

Appreciated for Utility Bidder to look after our business Gas and Electric for number of years , the staff are friendly and helpful. Their online bidding system is useful and managed to get me the very good price with current supplier.
Will recommend some of my friends to use their service as well!

Great service received from Debbie Dawson. No hard sell, false promises or pressure, just straightforward, clear advice which not only sorted my gas contracts out efficiently, she also beat all other quotes I'd had from elsewhere (including brokers) and saved me a lot of money in the process. I will certainly be going back to Debbie when my electricity contract comes up for renewal.

Utility Bidder arranged my business gas and electricity contracts. Their quotes where the cheapest and therefore saved my business money. I shopped around for rates and prices and found Utility Bidder to be the cheapest, plus provide the most knowledge on business utilities.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately having read other reviews of your company on many other platforms cold calling spam actually seams common practice for you so I am afraid I do not believe your reply.
Thank you for removing my information which your caller somehow had acquired?. Can you please explain her starting gambit of (using my first name only) " I am calling about your account which is coming up for renewal" if this is not a spam call when I have never heard of you before let alone started an account with you or even given you any of my details?
