We love working with Utah Scales. They always provide great customer service and strive to understand our specific needs. This time, Pete went way beyond our expectations. We bought a second scale and the case was much heavier than our original. I asked him if he could get another case like we have. The scale manufacturer didn't have any more and he couldn't find a case that worked locally. He took the time to track down the manufacturer of the case itself and got them to make a case just for us. Pete, you and your crew are awesome and thank you for going above and beyond to provide excellence in customer service!

In my 7 years in the supplement industry I've used these guys at several different companies. They are my go to for servicing scales. Pricing is a little high in terms of purchasing scales, I always find better deals online but their service is great. Their technicians and office staff are awesome, especially Kiki and Felix.

I feel this business is waaaaay overpriced! Almost $200 to calibrate a single scale??? And they charge an ADDITIONAL FEE to cover the cost to calibrate their stuff!!!
