We love working with Utah Scales. They always provide great customer service and strive to understand our specific needs. This time, Pete went way beyond our expectations. We bought a second scale and the case was much heavier than our original. I asked him if he could get another case like we have. The scale manufacturer didn't have any more and he couldn't find a case that worked locally. He took the time to track down the manufacturer of the case itself and got them to make a case just for us.
