Horrible place to be. They make you more stress than you already are. Does not support the way you work. They worry more about their stupid and unnecessary rules than your own life. If you want to move forward from a past trauma, this is not the place to be. They say they here for you, but they are not. If you have a late night work schedule you will most likely have to quit the job in order to stay there. They do not care about nobody, everyone that works there only do so because 99% of the time have no other life. Think about what you want before resigning in here. They lie a lot, would frame you as well to make their selves seems like they know what's best not for you for the program. They want respect and communication but won't give it back.

The concept of this organization sounds better than the actual experience. They use the fact that you re homeless to subtlety treat you like dirt. There were amazing people who were actually helpful and considerate over the fact that you don t have your life together, but a lot of the employees have terrible and hostile attitudes, especially KIESHA who clearly has some unresolved issues with herself so she projects a lot. Seek help girl. People will act like they re doing things with good intent but in reality it s to feed their savior complex since they feel like they re in a better situation than you are.

Horrible service, the people who work there are very disrespectful and will purposely kick you out if someone who works there is disrespecting you ! Your not allowed to speak up for yourself nor stand for yourself ! Also some of the people who work there will try to belittle you!

1 star is a overstatement. I called to simply find out if they had openings for volunteers and the person on the phone in the outreach department was EXTREMELY rude. I have never been treated so poorly by a so called professional in my entire life. I was inquiring about VOLUNTEERING HOURS and this person said I was stupid for having called the outreach department, when it was the operator who connected me there. He proceeded to yell at me, laugh at me for my inquiry with a hostile and aggressive manner. I am so flabbergasted at how I was treated that I told him I wanted to be connected with his manager and he hung up on me. Then I called back and asked the operator to connect me and she talked to me with the same indecent and terrible attitude. This organization is run by the ignorant and extremely rude who should all be fired. I can't stress enough how horribly I was treated and I am not exaggerating. HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is not funded enough for the amazing work they do with homeless youth. Housing them and supporting them with their mental health and proffesional goals. I was touched by their various lovely volunteers and staff. Peace and Blessings to this wonderful place.

I my self was once a part of bridge backing the late 90s and part of early 2000s as well started out as a single troubled late teen to early 20s ending up as a single mother but everything worked out for me it was rough I'm not gonna lie but the will help you as long as you want and need the help extremely if not dont waste their time I remember my time there very vivid. And the can help and be passionate even though it has been so many years I've been there but it is definitely a safe haven for teen and youth and they have a wide select of program to get you started to a better brighter future it did for me and my child thank you bridge.

Even though I was too old they let me on there van for a little bit for something to eat and get checked out if I was really sick and told me weather or not I should go to the hospital because I was polite to them as they were to me and my son whose now 12.

If we are talking about shelter services, Bridge will always be one of the best. They only serve young people, and do their best to keep everyone safe. At times they make mistakes working with clients, but they do the best they can, and recognize their mistakes. They have a wide variety youth with varrying needs, and services to meet each individual to walk through their doors.
