I just wanted to have my VPS server set-up. That's all. Yet, I have to reach out to customer support and guess what?

Horrible customer service.

Waiting time is draining and I had to wait for 20 minutes for a chat! A chat response!

At the end of it, after more than an hour of back and forth, I found out that a technical task has been handled over to customer support. After an hour of waiting, nothing! Absolutely no response!

Then I head over trying to get a refund since my server has not even been set-up yet! And guess what? No response again!

Not sure how people manage to rate this place 4 stars. What a bunch of lies.
