The reason that USOC stands out is their customer service team. We have had the same representative, Maya, for the past two years that I have been at this site. It is very rare that this happens. USOC Medical customer service is impeccable while working with them for 5+ years.The turnaround time for depot repairs is extremely acceptable and repair staff is very knowledgeable/trained on the equipment sent in. I have had the pleasure of doing business with USOC for almost 6 years now. All of USOC have wonderful staff members that are extremely knowledgeable but two particular staff members have always stood out the most. Susie and Stephanie have been my to go ladies when I needed something accomplished and have always been there . They have gone great lengths to ensure I have always been satisfied with my repairs and customer service provided. They honor warranty work without hesitation and always call back to confirm I am satisfied with the quality of workmanship performed. I have worked for large hospitals consisting of almost 700 beds to smaller facilities and I still get the same care no matter the volume of business given. Getting a repair done can easily be done by anyone; its the service, care and quality like Susie provides that makes me keep coming back to them.

USOC Medical has the ultimate customer support, offers a full line of biomedical equipment new and used (listed on their website) along with in-house repair services. Ali, Safwan and their team are quick to respond and totally knowledgeable in biomedical equipment, healthcare services and products, primarily Philips and GE. Great company. My rep is Karina , she has been so helpful and quick in getting me prices on equipment I need. Her turn around time is a matter of hours where other reps from other places usually take about a day or two. This gives USOC the edge because it allows me to work the issue faster before something else pops up at my hospital.
