I've worked with several E&M staff members over the years and each one provides exceptional customer service and is committed to providing a quality publication. The process is seamless! Prior to 2014, we spent a significant amount of money to produce our directory and now it's FREE which allows us to provide other services to our members that we wouldn't have been able to do otherwise! I would definitely recommend E&M to produce any of your publications. You simply can't go wrong with them!
