I am very satisfied with the service and staff. We are contacted by a representative from time to time to see if we need any thing and to offer new products and services. We are very satisfied with your response time and pricing and will continue to purchase products and have equipment repaired by USOC medical.
USOC staff is very friendly and willing to help any way they can. They always keep us informed of the status of the repair or shipment.
Also, the USOC yearly calendar is great and fun to look at the photos. :-)
