I was here at the Robert Cray Band concert, I must admit that this is a great place for a music event. Excellent visibility of every room in the room, good acoustics and good location. The only minus is the rather nervous service that every now and again pays attention not to take absolutely no pictures.

We have seen many performances here (mostly classical music) and it's a brilliant venue. The sound quality is excellent and the theatre is historically and architecturally beautiful.

My very picky complaints would be that I wish the ground floor bar area was larger and that there were additional toilets on the ground level. The circular stairwell is GORGEOUS though.

Great gig venue. Soundsystem is outstanding, seen some superb bands here and they ve all sounded great. The door staff and security folk are all sound too. Bar s a little pricey but expected out of a gig venue.

Nice setting with nice acoustics for the orchestra band that we went to see. Bar was busy during intermission but served people quite quickly. Not many toilets but they were generally quite clean.

I went to a concert 3 weeks ago, Franky Sinatra. The hall is beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The seats were comfortable. I bought tickets 3 rows away from the stage. The seats were very comfortable. They offer beverages and snacks.

I realized I was overdressed when I arrived there, so keep it semi-casual. Unless you want to feel special or going on a fancy date. Overall, wonderful experience and a beautiful show.

An impressive venue sitting in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle. The Usher Hall is easy to get to by public transport as it is located a short walk from Princes Street, whether you get the bus, tram or train. I've only been in once and that was for the recent Papa Roach gig. I must say it's the fanciest place I've ever been to for a rock show!

Attended a lunchtime organ recital here, with a knowledgeable audience and enjoyed it,but because it was early afternoon it was rather cold in the hall and most of the audience kept their coats on so it would have been more enjoyable if it was warmer,a very popular concert hall in an intriguing circular domed building right in centre of the city but no parking except in expensive private parking or luck if you can find on street parking but This too is not cheap in this city that does not like the motor car.
