The American Embassy is an attractive and dynamic space; which directs by a diplomatic and very formal body. I would love to visit the United States of America !!!

My friends are American.

Im calling from the US , they ask me the press a number and turn around hang up on me. I emailed them almost 3 months ago but never reply back.
What a joke!
Can't get in contact with anyone.

I am a us citizen my mom deported me after 15 years in haiti I found a freind of mine tell me go there ask for help .when I get there I was so welcome the place was easy respect so clean nice place im proud of u guys . they help me got my life back on track I got my passport so quick that was nice

There is not enough seats to sit down, people have to stand for hours.

They are nothing but fraud . Do not waste your money going there . They will not look at any paper work even if it was provided by a doctor here . I am a US citizen and my mother is very sick and I have the money and means to take care of her . But , I know in the US , we have some great doctors since I'm married to one . My mother have cancer and having a very hard time . She went to the Haitian embassy , she stood there from 6am until noon , when they finally decided to call her, they didn't look at any of her paperwork . The lady simply asked about her reasoning for wanting to come and simply said no. they are a whole bunch of heartless people , they come to Haiti just to drain its resources nothing more . Very bad customer service, i call the "28 12 2929" service at 2:25PM, Wed, Apr 29 2020 an receptionist named Anderson reply me that he didn't hear me well and hand up, call them a minute after checking my phone, the same Anderson reply me and says that he didn't hear me again, i call them on an another phone, the same person Anderson, and told me the same thing without listen a word

I give 5 stars because my first time I went there me and my wife it was successful for us I had my viza so fast but now I don t need any of that

Thank you ... I want to go back to the USA who want to help me ??
