They are nothing but fraud . Do not waste your money going there . They will not look at any paper work even if it was provided by a doctor here . I am a US citizen and my mother is very sick and I have the money and means to take care of her . But , I know in the US , we have some great doctors since I'm married to one . My mother have cancer and having a very hard time . She went to the Haitian embassy , she stood there from 6am until noon , when they finally decided to call her, they didn't look at any of her paperwork . The lady simply asked about her reasoning for wanting to come and simply said no. they are a whole bunch of heartless people , they come to Haiti just to drain its resources nothing more .
