Urszula Salon and Spa Review

They totally botched my color (too dark, red roots and completely uneven) and my haircut is several inches uneven. Charged more than quoted and would not fix it at the time of the appointment even though I was the last customer. So unhappy. Would never recommend or visit again. I saw Diane and the owner was the one I dealt with for the price. Awful service.

Updating to add: I called the salon today to cancel the follow up appointment that they forced me to make (obviously not trusting them to fix this...) and the man I spoke with laughed at me and told me I was lying and pictures don t mean anything. And tried to get me to come back in to prove it . Then hung up on me!! When I called back I said I d be reporting their business and he said, Good! Why don t you just call Washington DC! OH MY GOSH!!!!!!

It was ok, very good pedicure, but too expensive, $70????? Very nice employees, but will not return.

It his beautiful inside. The workers are nice . I love to come and get my hair done there because they know what they are doing.Every time I go there I am happy with what they do to my hair. My husband like my hair when I come home with my haircut and color from there to.

Expensive, but the quality of my cut & color has made it worth every dime

I stopped by at 7pm on a Thursday to pick up some hair products...their website and sign on the door both say they are open until 8pm on a Thursday. After driving all the way there, it was closed. Lights out and locked up. Extremely frustrating.

Very nice and relaxing place. I had my back waxed and Urszula did a great job!

I had a wonderful facial and some waxing done by Rio. She is professional and pleasant, and the salon is clean and following COVID protocols. I highly recommend Rio and Urszula s Salon!

Extremely overpriced and the owner is constantly trying to upsell everything. Website says $70 for haircut... I left the place -$400.00

I have never had a worse customer service experience than I experienced here. I was there to get my hair permed. From the second I sat down in Katie's chair, she touched my hair and questioned whether or not I've ever had my hair dyed. I told her no, thinking that would be the end... instead she asked at least 5 more times, which comes off as nothing short of an accusation. I appreciate that she wanted to protect my hair, however, that is NOT the way to do it. I am a natural red head! Saying "If you say so.." or "Well, you say you've never dyed it...." is plain rude. Once she finally moved on from that, she let me know that my 2 hour appointment wouldn't work because she had to leave at 6pm and that I could come back, asking "didn't someone call you?" which they did NOT otherwise I would not have come. I would not go to this place if someone paid me. So taking off of work early, to be awkwardly accused of dying my hair (which I never have) and then being told we'd have to start and then come back.... no thanks. I'll take my business somewhere else, to a hairdresser that does not reek of cigarette smoke.

Scheduled a mother daughter spa day, we were separated the entire time, which was fine but the times we had to wait in between service was long. Went to pay and the price was higher then what the "special" was on th internet. When i asked about it the front desk girl was very rude and short with me and said their website is wrong and that they upgraded my daughter's treatment, although they never told her or asked me. I asked to talk to someone about it and she said they were with clients. I looked at the receipt and showed her charges that were on there that I didn't pay for and she got rude again and refused to talk to me about it. We left, hoping to get a call from the owner/manager but she never called.
I will not go back here and will not recommend anyone to go here. Very disappointed.

Such an amazing place!! We couldn't get our scheduled massages bc someone called out of work. But the staff was so nice! Even just for a Mani pedi - They let me look at all the labels to make sure my allergy situation was under control. In the end, it turned out they had a brand of nail polish that I'm NOT allergic to! (That never happens!) Also, the nail tech who did my services was SO nice and SO much fun to talk to! I was only visiting Milwaukee, but when I'm in town again, I'll *definitely* go back!! Wonderful.

Their service is superb. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

Not a bathrobe & champagne kind of place!!! I booked a spa appointment with multiple services with a friend; they knew we were booking together. But I didn't see her until all services were done. Usually places try to schedule you & you party so you can at least have pedicures together; however that was not done. My pedicure was after my facial, which I have no complaints about, but before my body wrap & massage. My pedicurist warned me that based on the type of polish I got it might take up to 24 hours before it was completely dry. This worried me greatly as they didn't have lights or fans to dry my toes before my next treatments. Thought they did have a spa area waiting room I still was directed to sit & wait up front in between services. And I had to cart around all my belongings (I had a bag with clothes as my friend & I were going out to a nice dinner after) to each treatment room.

I had an appointment with Diane on Wednesday who just simply didn't show up. Giving an extra star because of a million apologies from front desk

Trent is the best hair dresser I have ever met. He is not only very professional but also very nice. My hair is just perfect, the cut and the color! Highly, highly recommended!

I got my nails done here left happy and loved the experience until less then 24hrs later they chipped.. My nails are ruined.

I went for a haircut and the gal spent a lot of time with me in order for me to get the end result I was looking for. She also took time to show me how to maintain the style.

The owner is unprofessional. I tried to return a product and she refused. She was rude and unwilling to listen. The services are over priced for the quality you get. Hair cut and nail services are mediocre at best.

Didn't answer my email of dissatifactuon...obviously they don't care.

Was very disappointed with this place. Not a spa experience. No robe was provided. Had to change in and out of my clothes after every service. Waiting area by spa was not offered, had to wait by front door after each service. Staff was not accommodating. Was never asked about comfort level. Offered water only once throughout my 5 hours there and when I asked for something else the staff seemed inconvienced. Booked with a friend and didnt see her at all until all services were done. Skin cares did not seemed tailored to skin type. Left there an oily mess and no where to wipe off extra or even offered a towel.

highly recommended Ursula and company. Trent did my color and I am going back for a cut. I have never had so many compliments and the staff are warm and friendly. Thank you all and also too the hairdresser that styled my hair she did a great job

They really should communicate better especially when you have a party of five not 3 days before when you booked a month in advance to say their Masseuse injured himself and we could do other services , and how are you going to do a party of 5 with 1 Masseuse.
