They totally botched my color (too dark, red roots and completely uneven) and my haircut is several inches uneven. Charged more than quoted and would not fix it at the time of the appointment even though I was the last customer. So unhappy. Would never recommend or visit again. I saw Diane and the owner was the one I dealt with for the price. Awful service.

Updating to add: I called the salon today to cancel the follow up appointment that they forced me to make (obviously not trusting them to fix this...) and the man I spoke with laughed at me and told me I was lying and pictures don t mean anything. And tried to get me to come back in to prove it . Then hung up on me!! When I called back I said I d be reporting their business and he said, Good! Why don t you just call Washington DC! OH MY GOSH!!!!!!
