I have never had a worse customer service experien...

I have never had a worse customer service experience than I experienced here. I was there to get my hair permed. From the second I sat down in Katie's chair, she touched my hair and questioned whether or not I've ever had my hair dyed. I told her no, thinking that would be the end... instead she asked at least 5 more times, which comes off as nothing short of an accusation. I appreciate that she wanted to protect my hair, however, that is NOT the way to do it. I am a natural red head! Saying "If you say so.." or "Well, you say you've never dyed it...." is plain rude. Once she finally moved on from that, she let me know that my 2 hour appointment wouldn't work because she had to leave at 6pm and that I could come back, asking "didn't someone call you?" which they did NOT otherwise I would not have come. I would not go to this place if someone paid me. So taking off of work early, to be awkwardly accused of dying my hair (which I never have) and then being told we'd have to start and then come back.... no thanks. I'll take my business somewhere else, to a hairdresser that does not reek of cigarette smoke.
