I am glad you can drop off paperwork and will get it to the right departments rather then mail them in late.
All I can say about their staff is pathetic. Totally and completely incompetent staff who make uninformed and inappropriate decisions.

I just went in to get a lien release on a title and had the worst experience I've ever had working with another human being. I went once before and had no issues working with someone else. Her name is Camille Borski and has the worst people skills I've ever ran into and was the most condescending woman I have ever ran into.

Very helpful. They've done some remodeling in the waiting area. Didn't need to wait long to see someone. Needed some paperwork clarification. Friendly staff.

Everybody was courteous and the place is clean and they do what they got to do and everybody has a different reason for showing up
The staff in person are nice, and sometimes seem to be helpful while other times they act like they don't believe you about anything. When I have a change that I need to report it takes about three to four times for it to actually show up in their system. I've had agents try to tell me that I didnt report this and that so I had to insist I had. It may be a good idea to keep a record of what you've told them and sent them. The wait at the office isn't usually to long.
Don't get me started. An establishment that perpetuates a broken system.
This place is a complete and otter joke in 17 years ive been able to talk to someone maybe 3 times place is a complete joke I dont know how they get away with leaving people on hold for 45 mins at a time but honestly my daughters about to be 18 never seem a dime pathetic everything about marathon county is a pathetic joke
