We spent close to $4,000 staying at this hotel for close to seven nights. But, when I politely asked for extra towels one night, they refused to give me extra towels! The price we paid included wifi but the wifi was extremely slow. When the wifi did work, I could not check my emails as they had place a restriction on their wifi and it would not allow me to check my emails. They have parking, but you have to walk 5 minutes in order to get to it and they charged us 19 euros per day for parking. To make things worse, the front staff were extremely rude. We will not stay there again.
