If you're ordering anything via UPS in the Riverdale Avenue area don't be surprised if it turns out that your order was "picked up by a resident" but really when I called Amazon they said it was signed but the deliverer and it's sitting at the danforth office without UPS notifying you in any way.

The head man is an imbecile. Paying him to handle your documents is like paying someone to urinate on your floor. For this wonderful experience also be prepared to be randomly queued in the customer line.

Fantastic service! I absolutely recommend this location. The manager assisted me with the computer, with using the printers and making photocopies, and filling out the UPS forms. He knew answers to my various questions and suggested the best options. I will be going only to this location now, the friendly service there is totally worth it.

Went to print 2 black and white copes using their computer and printer. When I asked about the price the CSR who was a lady told me it was x amount per copy so I printed. Afterwards whIle I was going to the cash register to pay she said "oh there's a $2 computer rental fee."

This is ridiculous, a rip off and in poor taste. I'm not surprised to see all the other bad reviews about poor customer experiences here and being ripped off. I definitely won't be making any shipments from here or using then of their other services.

Total difference in service from my first encounter with UPS a couple weeks ago in the west end.

The staff at this location were incredibly patient and helpful.
This is how you're supposed to be treated.
With genuine smiles and quick and efficient service.
In less than 5 mins, I was in and out AND now since it's been explained to me I now know how to do this on my own for next time too.

I know where to pick up and/or drop off my packages from now on.

The owner and manager Ali has little understanding of customer service, over charges and has a short temper. Am in shock at what just happened. Not my first time leaving dissatisfied with his behaviour but this is a new low. The support staff are usually good but I've been left standing, ignored at the register when the store was empty by one dude who clearly didn't like his job/life. Two young staffers are absolute perfection, serious, professional (guy and a girl) ...but after the manager lost his cool I have to take my business elsewhere.

The pricing is absurd here. I paid for a cover and binding a small document and it came out to more than the cost of printing and binding an entire book at other printer shops. The guy working was nice enough but I couldnt believe the pricing.

I wish there was a zero star. I sent back a return to Amazon through the store, and just got advised that they never received it. I am going to complain to the UPS HQ about this. Not good, item was 10's of dollars, but it could have been a lot more than that.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this location! I couldn't believe the customer service. I had a basic print job and they did not know how to print double sided. So I took what I could get. I also requested black and white but they proceeded to print on colour and charge me for the colour prints. They also could not figure out how to use there debit/credit terminal. The staff seem to be VERY confused and not sure how to run the equipment in their store. Do not go here!

Always leave satisfied. The owner is quite helpful, efficient and courteous. You are best to go in person though as voice mail is often full and files sent for printing and pickup a couple of times were not received by UPS. The younger guy could show more initiative - like walk to the counter to greet you or get off his personal call and see if you need help. Closes early - 3pm on Sats. and closed all day on Sunday.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Terrible service! I get in, and ask how long it would take to mail my package to Arizona, and the guy says, it'll get there Friday. I call my contact and he says Friday is okay.

So the cashier gives me the paperwork to fill out, I seal my package in one of the UPS envelopes in the store. Then the service provider takes his sweet time typing in all my info. At this point I've been there about 25 or so minutes. Then we get to the end of the transaction and the guy says "oh, actually the package won't arrive until the following Tues."... I say, "okay, one sec, let me check with my contact out there". I call and the guy I'm trying to send this gear to and he says "that's too late, I'll be gone by then".

So I tell the cashier I can't send the pacakge now, based on this new information, and he has the gall to charge me for the envelope. I mean, it's just four dollars.. But still, I said I would send it through UPS based on the delivery date HE TOLD ME. I filled out all the paperwork, and then when the date changed, he charges me for an envelope package that I can no longer use. Then he tries to backpedal his lie by offering me some faster shipment through DHL which is more money than the items I was sending in the first place.

I worked in customer service over 10 years.. the proper thing to do to give good service would be to not charge me the measly 4 dollars, after I wasted a half an hour of my life based on FALSE INFO I was given. Will never go to this location again, and this actually has left a bad taste in mouth for all of UPS. Guess it's time to use Fedex. Had the cashier fessed up to his mistake, and not charged me $4.00 for that envelope, there wouldn't be a problem. It was the fact that he took ZERO responsibility and robbed me of $4.00, that you've lost a customer for life.

Thanks for the terrible service as you've helped me appreciate companies that provide great customer service, and it's those companies that will get my money.

The store has moved from the previous location on Danforth to the corner of Logan Ave, and seems to be revamped. I ve sent packages in store and sent a fax from here, and the clerks are patient and always get it done!

Store employee was on the phone the whole time which appeared to be a private call. He didn't have time of a day to assist customers. And this was the second time same thing happened. Not to mention he did not have time to answer any of my questions, because he was on the phone. Print didn't come out the way it should and he was busy on the phone and did not have time to assist.

I sensed that the lone fellow working here was trying, but he moves at the speed of molasses and there was no AC in the store, so it was about 40 degrees in there. It took about 40 minutes for me to get my parcel processed, filling in a form by hand which was then painstakingly tip tapped into the computer one key at a time. Come on.

I went to the store today to return a package to a retailer who had provided me with a return label with UPS. I brought the product in its original box and was told that I would need to pay for tape. The man working the counter charged me almost $6 and said I had to buy a whole roll! He wouldn't even let me use the tape gun. He said I would need to use the scissors (which was very awkward!). Shocking customer service.

I have complained about this store a few times and have never met such incompetence in a professional business before. Unfortunately it is the closest one to where i live. I had a parcel delivered and wasn't home. I called the store yesterday and he had a customer and asked me to phone back in 15 minutes. I did. He had another customer and instead of putting me on hold, was talking to them and me at the same time and it was very confusing. The parcel hadn't arrived and said it would be there after 1 pm today. I emailed them last night to inform them of this but never heard back. I phoned the store at 2 or 3 pm and before I could even explain the situation again to a different person, he kept cutting me off and saying we can't give any information about a parcel, when all I wanted to know was if it was there yet or not. I will stipulate they take it somewhere else next time as I would rather travel by TTC to pick it up anywhere else.

If I could give a zero or a negative star value, I would. This location tried to charge me $5 because I diverted my package there with the ups app as I was not going to be home. I asked to see the policy stating that there was an extra charge as I was not notified of anything through the app. He argued that it was a store policy, and when I asked who was the manager he said that the owner was out of the country. When I asked who is in charge while he was gone the guy replied that he was in charge. I then prompted him, "since you are the one in charge, show me the written policy or give me my parcel without the fee". He shows me a binder with an in house made list of customers signatures signing off on the $5 payment and says, "see everyone pays $5 for this". I quickly told him that the list does not constitute a written policy.

I then proceeded to call ups and inquire about his policy and if it was actually a legitimit thing. I was quickly informed that it was not a policy to charge $5 for redirected parcels.

Long story short, they have been scamming customers $5 for redirected parcels and they are now under investigation due to my inquiry.

PS. This is a photo of the guy trying to wait me out during this whole episode because I was calling his bluff and would not go away.

Use FedEx or even Canada Post. Envelope was dropped off Fri Ap 17/20. Was to be delivered to King and Bay on Mon Ap 20/20. For some reason, it remained in Concord for weeks. One attempt made for delivery in weeks. Was finally delivered May 4/20. Terrible and expensive service.

I left the package there so time will tell if he sends it or what ??????? in the future I will only use companies that use FEDEX

My favorite print shop in town. I use this shop to print lots of marketing material and never had a problem with their quality. They offer quick turnaround and excellent customer service. Highly recommended
