A nice place to have fun with your friends!! It's especially nice if it's raining outside... It really is a cozy spot:) The atmosphere inside is cool and chill. The staff is very nice. The drinks there are good but expensive. It's a place to go and calm down. There is WiFi and outlets so one can even work here. All in all a very nice place!!

Simply guteall good mix. No pressure to concentrate

The city's living room, mix of students, young families, migrants. No need to consume, sometimes a little too full. I used to give 5 stars, but the free WiFi is getting worse and worse, my laptop barely connects. In addition, all accessible sockets are gradually removed and there is a tough battle for the few remaining ones.

Relaxed, especially with children. In the colder season perfect to warm up after visiting the Autumn Fair or Christmas Market. The open log fire creates a living room atmosphere.

Cozy cafe with no need to consume. So if you are looking for a warm / cozy place to learn, this is the place for you. But the prices are rather high.

This was definitely the last time I came here. Although they have sustainability in mind which I really like and support and they definitely brew the best coffee in Basel after ordering I've been asked to stow my Laptop away (the want people to talk to each other). But I'm working from "home" so unfortunately can't talk when I have to work. So I think they can suggest to not use a Laptop but definitely not to prohibit Laptop usage, ridiculous!

Great, expensive compared to Spain, but it's obvious. They serve a variety of drinks, and the coffee is very good, very well presented. It is also a work and rest area, there is WiFi that works great, without a password, with a large table surrounded by five very comfortable armchairs.

Up to now always had polite waitresses and mostly served quickly. Price performance ok. So far always satisfied.

Good for working with the laptop and lots of newspapers to choose from. Lots of interesting people go there.

The cool train wagon part was the smoking section. The non smoking part was just your average looking cafe. The coffee WAS good, but we were disappointed with the decor on our side!

I'm not sure why everyone loves this place. The atmosphere is awful. Concrete and marble floors with high ceilings made it uncomfortably loud. The worn painted concrete reminds me of the train station I used to get here, but the floors there were cleaner. I'm counting only three employees and lots of tables that need to be cleared. There's a few treats but no food. I give it two stars because the staff was polite, the bathrooms were ok and there's a real log fireplace.
