The show was awesome...3 stars only because they can do better at the ticket/will call. I purchased my tickets ahead of time paid an extra 5.00 for will call pick up and they took at least 10min just to get my tickets...at 1st they couldn't find it then they ask is this the same card I used for purchased. So even when you read everything on being prepared like get ID ready, card that tickets were purchased with....they still took long to find and get my tickets.

Great sight lines for Disney on Ice. Seats are a hard plastic. No cup holders, no arm rest. The concourse has been updated but nothing special. Get ready for a sore back by the time that you leave.

Was an experience when the earthquake hit. Nice to know the supports on the ceiling held the speakers ! :-)

UNLV graduation and it was a nice ceremony but traffic was horrible. Took a half hour to get out of the parking lot.

This is where my son had his high school graduation. Very nice facility!!

It's the home of the Runnin' Rebels. What else do you need to know?

To whom it may concern. I have been to the last 4 FEI equestrian world cups. 2016 Gothenburg, 2017 Omaha, 2018 Paris, 2019 Gothenburg. We had VIP seats at all 4 venues. The ticket prices for the 2020 world cup in Las Vegas is outrageous. How can you charge $3950.00 for one ticket for the jumping and dressage? In Gothenburg the show started at 9am and you left the arena after 9pm most nights. The show never started at 12 noon. I know The Thomas Mack arena got renovated but it seems that you are trying to re-coop the money for the renovations at this one show. I would like to hear the feed back
on this review.

Very hard for the handicap to get around and the spots they have to accommodate the handicap it was very hard to hear and see...

Went to a graduation, very nice venue. I would like to see a sporting event there.

Great time there. Well organized and efficient time management. Graduation event went smoothly.

Set up is good. Audio is alright. Seemingly every seat is a good view. Exits and bathrooms are easily accessible. Staff kind of doesn't care. Parking lot and parking lot exit is a small disaster, but it comes with the amount of people.

Thomas and Mack ushers and employees courteous and knowledgeable.

My lil brother graduated here this year 2019!! And he turned 19 !! All in the month of May !! Soooo proud of him!! He is awesome & amazing and one of a kind .. I love him so much and him, his life is everything to meeee!! Just like my beautiful daughter's is as well !! Loovee love lovee it! Thanx

Usually only go to the Thomas and Mack for the rodeo. Way nice facility. Easy in and out. I enjoy my time here. Hope to see a basketball game sometime. Would recommend that it s a good place.

It's so many people dream to go to the T&M, either attending or competing in the NFR. I'm so blessed I finally got to experience it!

Excellent logistics, good prices and friendly service.

We had so much fun. The parking was much easier then you would think. Very easy access. The event started on time. We attended a Boxing event. The event was exciting and there was not a bad seat in the house. We were lucky enough to sit in a pretty good location. The audience was great too. Everyone seemed nice and just out to have a fun night. No unhappy customer...just lots of good fun. The main event features a world title fight between Eva Wahlstrom, considered to be the best boxer to have ever come out of Finland, and Brooklyn s Ronica Queen Jeffrey.

This place is always clean and well maintained. Great view of the strip from here.

Very nice multipurpose venue. I have been here for numerous hockey games, graduation ceremonies, etc.

Way to expensive just to eat a burger fries and drink it cost twenty bucks

A beautiful experience I recommend, a dream fulfilled!

I only go for special events, but it's always best to arrive at least an hour early because traffic and parking is always a hectic struggle.

A little dated but cool to see a sporting event. Saw an mma event and sat high up and still had a great view of the cage and the big screen. Lots of steps to get into the facility though, perhaps there's elevators somewhere but it's not made known from what I could tell.

Everything from basketball games to graduation ceremonies. Be prepared to walk from sometimes hard to find parking. Best bet is to arrive early.

Mountain West Tournament. Great venue to watch anything. Staff is well trained, knowledgeable and kind.

Had seats in the box with free drinks so now way to not be biased but will review again when in the cheap seats

They had a good showing of Marvel Universe Live - Age of Heroes

The property was clean and easy to navigate. I was happily surprised at the courtesy of the staff. Everyone I asked a question of knew the answer and were polite. The event, a presentation that filled over half of the arena, went off without any problems. I plan on attending other events there now. I wouldn't before, because arenas tend to be total chaos and the staff kinda harsh.

A venue lost in time. The replay screens are non existent, but so are the $20 food and beverage items.

Garbage cans were always full and full of recyclable material. Not enough garbage cans or recycling bins. Lines to get food should not have taken an hour! Seats were very small and cramped

No purses but guys can wear boots and jackets unsearched? Stupid!

What a fun night. T & M events are organized and safe. Plenty of parking and clean.
